The guy is a total perfectionist and his attention to detail is unmatched. Mr. Robin, the owner and his family have been residents of Florida for generations. Kyler was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. I decided which zero turn I wanted, what accessories I wanted included and installed, and the unit delivered. Kyler took care of everything. Even for like five days out. Super strange to me. I had to arrive in town and show up in front of this nice building sweaty, in a large Penske truck, hoping they had availabilities. When speaking with the front desk, I was all but assured that with my short timeline, I'd be able to snag a climate controlled unit when I came. Well, guess what wasn't available when I rolled up? So I got stuck with a unit a size down, and not climate controlled. My deceased mother was an artist and I have many of her original works on canvas I was concerned about in the extreme humidity of a Florida summer, so I ended up just keeping them out. I also wasn't told until the end that I had to provide my own lock, and ended up having to buy one right there from them at an inflated price. Now, you may say, why not just go to a different storage unit place if all this stuff happened ? Well, that's why I'm writing the review, I guess. You make your own decision. I was advised at the last min. that the camara wire was attached to my storage unit and they needed to get into my storage as soon as possible. So, I had to take time out of my schedule to accommodate them to see if that was an issue. Come to find out they will need to move everything in my storage in order to get to the wire. They have no intentions of accommodating me and advised me if I am not able to let them in, they will get in anyway. They did not allow me to choose a time that would be best for me. Lot of positives, one big negative. Your rent amount is locked in for a year, but after that, they…read moreraise it considerably every year. Over a ten year period they raised my rent an average of 25% every year. The average rate of inflation was 3.3% per year during that period. My initial rate of $154 ballooned to $388 per month. Why didn't I move? I had built shelves for my unit and hated the hassle of disassembling them and moving. But the main reason is I'm an idiot. I now pay $125 per month for a similar unit where long term tenants tell me raises in rent are seldom and modest.
