As you will see from the pictures, it didn't do much. None of their soft brushes touched the hood, roof or tailgate. All 4 wheel covers are partially cleaned. It did get the sides of my car clean so if you just want your sides cleaned, this is the car wash for you.

When we finally picked up on a Saturday at 11 AM there was finally no line and the cashier called us over but still not friendly. She snatched the keys out of the truck, handed them to another employee and told him to quickly move the truck, that I would NOT be getting the rental back for the remainder of the time I had paid for. When I went inside to ask about the transaction, she stated there wouldn't be an additional day, which surprised me due to her actions outside, but then when I walked away and looked at the receipt, I realized she had lied to me about days charged.

Again, waited another week and they finally showed up, took 10 minutes to install and had to wait almost 2 months from initial contact! I believe they either need to hire more technicians or keep them FT and not PT or they value bigger business over the smaller ones, i understand business is $$ but its not rocket science when making a schedule!
