All I wanted done was some tile tile in two bedrooms installed ( I have the tile), and some a simple removal of shower pan and some tile put in (again I will supply the tile), needless to say what I was quoted was ridicules! You would have thought I was remodeling my entire bathroom for the quote I received. I highly suggest you do your research and get a few quotes before choosing these guys. Billy came to look, gave me a very reasonable estimate and then he and Jason worked hard to exceed our expectations. Plus, they were super conscientious and careful to check working hours and noise rules so as not to bother the neighbors even though they were ready to start earlier in the day. There are a lot of handy-folks out there. These guys are among the best. The only reason I was able to get my project done quickly, when so many companies have a wait time these days, is that the business is new. Because of this, I think, there was one small aspect that neither of us had thought to include in the estimate. However the crew was so delightful to work with it didn't matter. They have tons of individual experience actually doing the work and their goal is to make the customer happy. They did that in (with) spades! In addition to the hardscaping, they also do all sorts of home improvement projects. Call them before they're booked solid.

I had a garage built at my new house and Craig handled everything from permitting to completion. The communication was continuous from start to finish, I wasn't left in the dark as to what was being done or when things were scheduled. The workers, sub-contractors and crews were knowledgeable, answered questions that I had and were ALL polite! (Even though I can be a pain sometimes!) This is a busy company, they have a lot of projects, builds, and things going on but they make you feel like you're the only one. The price and payment scheduling fit my budget and was reasonable for the amount of work. I'm sure somewhere I might have found cheaper but the quality would have suffered. They have installed metal carports and another garage nearby and the workmanship is all the same. A-1 +++!! My thanks to Craig Burroughs and his crews!!! He was on time and spent approximately 30 min taking measurements and speaking to us about the project. On 10/2/23 I email Rick explaining I've not received the quote and wondered if he had the wrong email address for me. I did not receive a reply to my email to him. On 1016/23 my Husband called and left a message, while Rick did return the call on 11/17/23, hubby's phone was off as we were traveling via aircraft there was no message on hubby's phone just the number from Tabor showing they called. I then called and left a message the afternoon of 11/17/23 asking for a call back for 11/18/23, I did not receive a call back nor did I have a text or email message. I can only assume Tabor decided not to quote this project, l which is sad as we were prepared to build just needed the quote to move forward.

The employee was on time and did his measurements but failed to send me an estimate via email. Every time I called him he would have some excuse why he didn't send it and then proceeded to tell me the amount over the phone which was an absurd price. I said okay send it via email so I can have it as a reference and it's been weeks since then and still nothing. I don't understand why an agency does this if they don't want to do work they can just say so rather than waste my time. I shouldn't have to constantly call and ask them to send me an estimate. Overall communication has been dismal and I'm glad to say I'll never have to deal with it again.
