I've price checked the cost of gas a couple times in the past but finally gave up years ago, because Brad always had everyone beat. You can pre-pay for your gas on a contract, or you can roll the dice and pay as you go (and hope there's not a shortage in December driving prices up). We buy ours every summer/fall for the winter to lock in the price. One year someone drove over the top of our underground tank and broke the plastic "hatch". Brad was out here within a week with a used hatch he'd come up with somewhere and rather than digging completely down to the tank to bolt it on, was able to cut the old one out and install the new one in a way that doesn't leak water, and saved me a ton of money (and him a ton of work!). They're always johnny on the spot with fills; we try not to let our tank get below 30% so that we can give them flexibility but if you've got an emergency or run out of gas, they'll be there immediately (emergency charges apply obviously, but they're not unreasonable). Just a great company to deal with every time I've interacted with them, and they've got the cheapest price on gas anytime I've ever checked around. Even if they didn't I'd likely keep using them because they're a small family company rather than a conglomerate. When the owner of the company gives you his cell phone number for emergencies, you know you're going to be well taken care of!

I recently applied for credit with the company even though my account is in good standing. I was shocked to receive an email saying I was denied due to student loans on my credit. I never thought student loans would stop a loyal five-year customer from receiving credit. The denial email came in record time, yet whenever I call to request a delivery, there's always an excuse and a delay. The priorities here are completely backwards. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, and I wish Lakeridge would switch to a different provider. The only time they respond quickly is when someone posts a negative review online--they rush to call and try to clean up their image. Well, not this time. Do not call my phone asking what's wrong or to pressure me into removing this review. I stand by it. This company is unreliable, and I truly wish Atmos Energy served this community instead.

I called the phone number and no answer so we were nervous to drive several miles off the exit to see if it was actually there but we really had no other choice. The good news is that it was there and open on a Sunday morning. No idea what the hours are but it does exist, not a mirage!

Stihl staff is not educated enough on products or warranties. Bought a brand new chainsaw was told…read moreit was two year warranty, they sold me additional oil to extend the warranty to four years. I use the chainsaw for 15 minutes and it threw a chain. Two links in the chain were not flexible when I tried to replace the chain back on the chainsaw, took it back to the store told me I had to buy a new chain, and that everything on the saw was covered for the warranty except the chain. Buying an expensive product get told one story as soon as something needs to be replaced they tell you a different story. The department provided terrible service. I then went to the store manager, who sold me the chain at a very slight discount. Even though the staff was not forthright with me around the #Warranty when I bought the saw. After leaving the store, I called the manufacturer who told me if I was still at the store they could talk to the store and get me the replacement chain for free. Not a satisfied customer I will not be buying additional products from your store.

Took my lawn mower in to Feldmans Farm & Home in Bonner Springs, Kansas for servicing in March, had…read moremower for over a week didn't call me or text to say it was ready, had to call. Picked up mower despite website & receipt saying cleaning was part of the 89.00 servicing it was not clean. Mowers self propel didn't work took mower back, they had it 47 days, replacing multiple parts, it was still under warranty with honda, they had to keep calling Honda to tell them what it might be, finally they were told cable needed adjusting, they couldn't do that, Honda sent a rep who adjusted & educating them. Had to buy a mower to mow my grass. Picked up my mower and Managers comment to us from Owner was not to shop there again. This is rude behavior when none of this was my fault. This is a terrible business.
