At this point while focused on the recovery of my disability an extremely difficult aspect that I was dealing with was trying to gain an understanding and navigate the nuisances of the short and long term disability coverage that I maintained. I needed the expertise of an experienced law firm, and my search had luckily led me to the Maddox firm, who clearly provided their vast knowledge and insight into interpreting my different policies and what was necessary in relation to dealing with several insurance companies. From the start of engaging the Maddox firm for my short and ultimately long-term disability claims, I felt I was in the great hands of the experienced and resourceful team of Arianna Gonzalez and Matthew Maddox. The administrative claims process and dealing directly with several insurance companies is daunting and Matt and Arianna guided me and facilitated the process on my behalf every step of the way. I was able to continually focus on my required health and medical care as the Maddox firm processed all the correct medical documentation and liaised with the insurers on my behalf. The team of Arianna and Matt leant their understanding of the frustration that my disability had bought about and kept me updated throughout. I am grateful to be working with the Maddox firm who was successful in getting my various short and long term claims approved with different insurance companies. From my experience, the Maddox firm illustrates their hard-work, competence, thorough understanding and personal positivity for their clientele. Matt and Arianna are excellent and caring individuals to work with.
