I met with E. Rogers on July 18, 2025. We spoke for about an hour and I signed an acknowledgement of fees. At that time I asked if payment should be made but Mr. Rogers said it wasn't necessary, he wanted to review my information and would serve tenants a 10 day nuisance hold over. I never heard from Rogers again. When my son called on my behalf explaining the situation I was in with unstable tenants he was told that E. Rogers "doesn't deal with crazies". If he didn't want to take my case he should have been professional and courteous about it and simply informed me rather than "ghosting" me. I don't understand how he can bill himself as a lawyer for the landlord. I would not recommend this man to represent anyone Gave him 1 star because 1/2 a star wasn't an option. read more

I interviewed three lawyers including Mr Rogers. Rogers was the most cost effective but it's was for sure the most time consuming. He also wants you to sign a document stating not to call him for status. I didn't choose him for this particular case because time is money. read more

I live in California, needed to have a New York will probated, and coming east to deal with it simply wasn't economically practical. Evan Rogers guided me through the steps, provided the necessary paperwork and figuratively held my hand through the entire process via e-mails and telephone conversations. He was always available to answer my questions and review the materials I submitted (I'm not sure he ever sleeps). The price he quoted for the probate was very reasonable (especially when compared with other attorneys I called before choosing Evan), and the final cost didn't exceed that estimate (excluding court fees). To the best of my knowledge I have no more relatives in whose wills I might figure, but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to engage Evan Rogers's services again. Called Rogers & Rogers Esq to schedule an appointment on 1/6/14. A very rude and unprofessional clerk/operator answered the phone. She proceed to ask alot of personal questions without identifying herself or the reason for all the questions. When I explained to her the reason she said "what do you want him to do." Now if I knew how to proceed with the legal problem I wouldn't have needed a consultation. I think it very unprofessional to reply what do you want him to do. I'm calling their office looking for help I don't need some girl asking me what do I want him to do.
