Arteen is an owner-operator who takes pride in his work, and the quality shows. We've had many paint jobs done in different homes over the years, and his attention to detail really stood out. He was careful to keep everything clean before and after painting. For example, he removed every light switch, outlet, and fixture, cleaned them, and carefully put everything back. We were impressed enough with his attention to detail that we also asked him to take care of some additional home improvement work that wasn't related to painting. He was flexible about working around other vendors who were in the home at the same time, and he communicated clearly throughout the project. We always knew when he would be there, what he planned to accomplish, and what had been completed. He is also a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to have around. We would definitely recommend Arteen and will certainly call him again for future projects.

I got estimates from several highly rated painting companies on Yelp. Fredy stood out because he was personable and very knowledgeable, and his quote was incredibly thorough and reasonably priced for the scope of the work. It took me another 18 months to finally book the project, and I'm so glad we chose him. Fredy and his crew spent nine days at our house sanding, patching holes, caulking throughout, repairing water-damaged areas, taping, papering, painting, and repainting! The amount of preparation and attention to detail was remarkable. The crew is dedicated and caring! They also went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They tried different stains on our wood shingles until we found a look we loved. After they painted our door, we realized we didn't like the type of paint we had selected. They redid it to our liking, no questions asked. Even on the last day, they were touching up spots all around the house to make sure everything looked right. The transformation is incredible, and the cleanup was flawless. Wonderful service, great people, and a dedicated crew. We love how our home looks and highly recommend Fredy and Essence Pro Painting.

While his quote was very similar to another vendor's quote (the third was outrageous), we went with Julio because of his apparent experience, and we do not regret it. We arranged a date that would work for us both, and he and his crew were on time, and got to work. After some of the prep work, he pointed out some additional areas with rotten wood that we hadn't noticed, and gave us a very good deal on replacing them, as they weren't included in the original quote (other vendors I would expect would use this opportunity to overcharge since we were already committed). He also asked if we wanted our concrete porch to be painted, which we hadn't even considered as a possibility, and again, gave us a good deal on it. His crew was skilled and paid attention to details. His time estimate was very accurate as well (it took 6 days including the power washing), and at the end, his crew went around the house to do touchups on things that were missed. We highly recommend Valle painting if you want to get your house painted. In the end, even with the additional work, the cost wound up being the same as the quote from our second vendor choice.
