At no time did anybody there offer to install the rotors on a brake lathe. Getting the screaming angry lady at the desk to give us the brake rotors was a nightmare. Not only is Bruce K's reply way over due, but it is absolutely false. I have been recommending that people avoid Moxham Mobile and will continue to do so. Be certain to click and read the reviews listed under "other reviews that are not currently recommended". Moxham Mobile certainly must work very hard to get them hidden.

After I got the text from the insurance company I called to verify with the company that they were coming and they confirmed. After the time had passed to be picked up my insurance company called to verify I was ok. I said no, they had not arrived. After a call from the insurance they said the company cancelled the call and never told anyone. Not me, not them. When I called on Monday to ask what happened they made up three different stories as I blasted them and shot them down one by one. they said they had not heard from me and I said that was not true, I called you to confirm..Oh oh, well the insurance company sometimes sends two companies so we called to verify that you still needed help and you did not pick up.
