Stayed here on a wet weekend in February.
I booked over the telephone, and after payment was taken, the owner text me the details for entry to the b&b. Very quick and simple.
The ride from Clifton by bus is only 10 minutes by bus - a lot closer than i thought to the centre. The no.1 bus runs about every 20 mins mon-sat and every 30 mins on Sunday. There is also a night bus too, if you don't fancy the 30 minute walk into/from Clifton.
I found the B&B room, very modern - if a bit small. But it had everything you need. The wet room was a nice touch. The shower is nice and powerful, which is a big plus for me.
There is a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, Tea and Coffee making facilities, as well as some cutlery, bowls, plates, and glasses etc., to cover most requirements.
The breakfast provided is a cold one, but is more than enough for two hungry people - let alone me on my own. Items were Waitrose branded, and were therefore good quality.
I would definitely return here for my next trip to Bristol, although I found the £50 price tag higher than I had wanted to pay for a one night stay. Definitely better than a travelodge or budget chain hotel though. read more
