No steps! His receptionist is both knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly! That's a bonus; big bonus!! The reception area, though small, is comfortable. Rarely is there more than one other patient in there with you. That means he doesn't overbook, herding folks in like cattle to the slaughter. Can you say BIG BONUS! The longest I've had to wait after the scheduled appointment time is seven, count them, seven minutes. Once in the examination room, Dr. G listens, I mean really LISTENS to you! Oh yeah, that's another bonus! He listens intently, asks questions if he's not sure he understands you and takes notes. He then examines you. Afterwards, he explains, in language a layperson understands, what is going on. From there, he either treats your issue or refers you to the proper specialist. This is one wonderful doctor with a great sense of humor! Professional, yes; but quick to smile, reassure, and make his patients feel "special." Honest with your prognosis, to a fault, he somehow makes the difficult news not so bitter to digest. Highly recommend.
