Went to a number of orthopedists and physical therapists. Most recommended surgery - only 2 suggested that it was a small tear and it was better left alone. Dr Lugo was one of them. Fernando started a manipulation regimen to loosen the muscles in my neck and allow for more movement and improve my posture. It felt like a business transaction both times I've gone to this place. They definitely lack sympathy. It's heartbreaking to know that people who are pregnant, sick, or concerned about their overall health go to a place like this.
