Within 20, maybe 30 minutes the truck arrived. I explained to the driver what we thought the issue was. He asked if he could take a look at it before hooking up. What we all thought was the starter turned out to be a loose connection on the battery. Driver fixed it on the spot and saved us a tow and time off the road that the truck would have needed to get fixed. We were back up and running within 30 minutes. It's hard to find companies that don't take advantage of situations just to make a buck. The driver and the company understand the struggles of the everyday worker and small businesses. Big thanks to the driver and Nelcon for speedy service and being honest. Highly recommend.
