You can book the swimming pool from 7am, have a very good breakfast. Even if you want a full english, it is not greasy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We spent two nights and the morning breakfast was delicious and the amazing couple Barry & Di were so kind and gracious. They enjoy what they do and are always willing to tell you insider tips of where to go for weather and times of the day. Sold us the best travel map of all of England ... £4. What a lovely town and there is a reason for all their high marks. Barry and Di are amazing people.

We received instructions for entry which was pretty easy. We got right in our room without any check-in process. We never saw anyone onsite, so it's more of a do-it-yourself stay. Our room was clean, spacious enough for our luggage, etc. Rooms had a mini fridge and coffee/tea options. Our room had a small attached bathroom, which worked out fine. We purchased breakfast options at a nearby grocery and used the common kitchen to warm up our breakfast (a delicious quiche btw) to go with our coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed. We'd stay again. It's very close to the train station, on the main road into town. It worked out well for us!

Also, they don't have facilities other than in your room (so if you come early, you will have to look for loos elsewhere if your room is not ready).
