I have stayed at this establishment only, when in Herne Bay. The location is ideal for coastal activities,market, pubs and shops. It is well managed and staffed. The services are excellent. You can book the swimming pool from 7am, have a very good breakfast. Even if you want a full english, it is not greasy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff can help in informing you of local events and attractions, guides and numbers available. After 8 years I have no of complaints. One completely satisfied customer. Well done. read more

quite a nice hotel rooms very spacious, sky tv in rooms, could do with redecorating and modernising very damp smell throghout hotel that seems to linger in clothes. staff are very friendly and make a lovely breakfast. private swimming pool downstairs again nice but basic. if booking a room state you want to use the pool as this does require booking. read more
