After switching from another lawn service to Coastal Turf, we had high hopes for a lush, beautiful…read moreyard, but the opposite happened. Despite two years of treatments and a lot of money spent, our lawn has never looked worse. Most recently, after three applications within six weeks, it's still full of weeds, and they just couldn't get it under control. Ironically, ours is one of only two professionally treated lawns in the neighborhood (the other lawn is not treated by CT) and ours looks by far the worst. When we brought this to their attention, they blamed it on environmental factors. I'm sorry, but we hired you to work around the environmental factors--that's your business. For reference, what you see in the photos is all over our lawn. We've since fired Coastal Turf and decided to take care of it ourselves. Honestly, it can't get any worse.

I can't say enough good things about Priority, and do not understand the negative reviews here…read more After using a "mow, blow & go" landscaper for years that underwhelmed, I hired Priority to do an extensive cleanup. When I say extensive, they were here several days and hauled out 4 trailers of cuttings. The attention to detail and responsiveness to my ongoing requests was outstanding. My contact, Connor Bailey, was a joy to work with. He is a very professional and honest guy that communicated effectively throughout the project. My property now reflects the quality that I want my guests to experience. Lastly, the workers were excellent-I've never seen such a hard working group of guys, and they were all courteous. I highly recommend Priority-they more than exceeded my expectations

I regretted hiring Hudson Bros almost immediately…read more The long wait for their service might have been worth it if they did a decent, professional job but that's not the case. Edging not properly staked down, complete sections of my flower bed not done, and just shotty unprofessional work. 6 times I had Hudson Bros come out because their work was sub-standard. Each time I asked for them to knock on my door when they finished so that I could inspect the work. Each time, they didn't. This seems to be standard practice because they don't want to run away from the poor job they put their names behind. I now have a poorly done flower bed and much more headache than I ever wanted. If you're looking for quality lawn service, this isn't it. You would be better off hiring literally anyone else.

PAVERSCAPE RESCUED OUR DRIVEWAY…read more After a disastrous attempt by another company (which is now hopefully out of business) that ruined our driveway overhaul, we found PaverScape to completely redo the project. David Lugo and Amy Phelps run a fantastic company with employees, not sub-contractors. They have been in business since the late 1990's. They have completed such large projects as the Towne Center hardscape ("everything you walk on, sit on, and drive on"), to small residential projects as well. They were great fun to work with, and their entire crew worked to completely redo our driveway. The precision exhibited by their crew was impeccable. They are both engineers and artists. Our new driveway has garnered many compliments. They are in demand, so it might take a while to get to your project, but they are well worth the wait. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you hire PAVERSCAPE for your next hardscape, pool, or landscape projects.

The day the driveway was being sealed it began to rain and instead of stopping, the crew continued in the rain. As a result, the Polysand never set properly. The owner had explicitly stated that the conditions must be dry for the proper setting of the material. The next summer weeds grew through the pavers. We contacted PaverScapes to have them reseal the pavers. That summer came and went. All the while, they were promising to come fix it. The first excuse was he would redo it when he had another job in the neighborhood. We spoke to him when he was here in the neighborhood and he again said that he would fix it. That was in February 2024 and we still haven't had any resolution. We are still waiting for him to stand behind his word.
