Said he didn't have the equipment to find the leak and continue- suspected it was a leak under the slab- water was coming from the grass 10 feet away from edge of the structure, nothing wet near the building. He closed my case with old republic and they say there was nothing communicated or details about the issue. Hired a trusted plumber that came out with a rod, poked the ground and immediately dug with a shovel- the "special" equipment we didn't have I suppose and he fixed a 45 degree angle coupling and done. All in all about 12 minutes of work. I feel I was lucky that Stark walked away and I hired a professional. Stark did find a leak from the upstairs into the storage which was the only benefit to this interaction.
