In needing a new fridge also, she pointed us i the right direction and had our paint all mixed and ready for us. You could tell she valued our time by being effcient in her work and direction and she was just a pleasure to work with. In the refridgerator area, Matt was very helpful during the day answering questions and checking stock for us. Refrigerators have sure changed and he got us up to date with what features we could look for in various models, price points, etc. Later that night, Scott was incredibly helpful and patient with us as we made our final decisions and closed the deal. There was some delay with getting the Lowe's charge card (saved 100 dollars right there) . I had to speak to a representative from their credit department on the phone. This could have been a pain but Scott sanitized his phone, let me speak to the person and we were able to complete the transaction with no problem. Scott had a very good sense of humor, ability to juggle several customers without any of them feeling unsupported and very good overall knowledge of the products and the specifications that would be our best bets! Listening and following instructions- not an outdated concept!! We stopped in the gardening department, some of the stuff was junk while it was still new; I'll try to upload a pic for you. Customer service area was disorganized and chaotic. Was not clear where the line was suppose to be- customers made their best guess to form a line, some people innocently cut in front of the line because they could not tell where it was. When I finally got to the front of the line the representative could not help me because she had the "Wrong computer", initially wanted me to get back in line again but when I pointed out that wasn't fair she took me to someone else with the "right computer" *shrug*.
