I was lead to believe that it was the Branford office. Once our trip was booked I never heard from our travel agent Austin again. I had to track down someone to pay the remainder or my reservation or it would have been canceled. I ask for a supervisor to call me no one called back. The way they treat clients is shameful, and people deserve to know how unprofessional and dishonest they are. STEPHANIE herself is rude and condescending. The first time I ever spoke with her, she didn't even bother to greet me INSTEAD she just answered the phone with "Who's this?" as if I was bothering her. Her attitude every time has been dismissive and nasty, with zero respect for clients. Lora & Conner made promises they never kept, told me they would take care of things and never followed through. On top of that, one of their agents even asked me my age in a demeaning way, as if I was too stupid to understand my own policy. That level of rudeness is beyond uncalled for. This office ignores calls, avoids emails, and when they finally do respond, they act like they're doing you a favor. They lie, they mislead, and they never take responsibility for their own mistakes. Instead, they leave clients stuck with the consequences of their negligence while chasing their own commissions. Stephanie, Lora, and every person I've dealt with here should be embarrassed by how they treat people. Their behavior is appalling, their professionalism is nonexistent and their customer service is disgraceful. Do not waste your time or money with this office. The insurance company indicated they needed one document, which, when I spoke with the owner of the agency, Eileen, she indicated that she could not speak to me because I was not a named insured ( which was not true as I was listed on the policy ) and there was nothing they could do since the policy was in non-renewal status. I inquired if we just send them the requested document, wouldn't that solve the problem? She said no. I asked if answering notices such as this was part of the services an agent/broker normally provides, she again indicated no. I let her know that I would be changing agents/agencies. I went to another agency and they helped me successfully renew the policy and confirmed what I thought - that an agent/broker does in the normal course of business respond to notices of this sort. I don't know where/why the relationship broke down, but I would not recommend them to anyone!!
