Crown got chipped after a year. Same work i got from my US dentist lasted 15 years. Be careful when requesting pre-determination of benefits for insurance coverage as the dentists would request or do procedures that would make them the most amount of money. Think implant vs. bridging. No sane insurance company would cover implants so to submit a pre-determination of benefits for implant procedure is simply disingenuous. Been going here since I was a kid and I'm sad to say the quality of service has dropped in recent years to the point I need to find a new dentist for the first time. All they care about is making profit and will give you unnecessary X-rays whenever they can. They force you to book second appointments to ask small questions that could be answered in one visit. One of the many experiences that changed my mind about this office was with Dr. Dua Aleir. I went in to fill a suspected cavity that was causing me pain. They took X-Rays and Dr. Dua Aleir entered the room and said there was no cavity, even without looking at the tooth or opening my mouth at all. She became very hostile as I asked a question or two more to clarify. She then said "I've been a dentist for 15 years, listen to me!" I was taken aback by how nasty she got and how quickly she snapped just from some simple questions. She kept giving me very confusing answers, calling the hole in my tooth a "gap" and getting angry when I clarified these confusing answers saying, "no, not the gap between my teeth, I mean the hole." She then suggested she fill it, but by this point in the appointment I was feeling very uncomfortable and I passed. When I got up from the chair she told me that filling the hole could crack the tooth, at which point I asked her why she even suggested I fill it then? Overall, very confusing and horrible experience. I wont be going back again and I suggest anyone looking for a new dentist look elsewhere. read more

Worst dentist in the hammer!! Left me in most terrible pain of my life....asked me to leave after I stopped them briefly from doing an extraction because I was extremely over heating after being told to wait outside in the heat wave for an hour prior! They didn't want to finish, said They were worried I would have a seizure so sent me out the door frozen with my tooth on an angle and said call your doctor, have a nice day!! They simply wanted me out the door, considering me a liability!! Didn't care, even walked me to my car and let me drive away being so concerned bout a seizure.. they use receptionists for back up for assistants when short handed.... Honestly, the worst dental office you can go to in Hamilton. All they care about is money. I ask them to look at my wisdom teeth during a cleaning and they made me schedule another appointment and drain my insurance money. They really are a sucker of money. I wouldn't recommend. read more

I tried to cancel a cleaning because I am coughing up a lung and am extremely contagious. I was told I needed to give 48 hours notice (I was only giving 24 hours notice, I wasn't sick 24 hours earlier). So, I will be showing up tomorrow morning. Horrible dental services! Office Manager Tabitha was bitter and rude. I had a filling completed by Mrs. Bath who didn't complete the procedure correctly. Tabitha's response was "the filling must have fell out" I ended up seeing a different dentist that was actually experienced and I was told I needed a root canal. I was told I didn't have a proper filling and that's why I was in a ton of pain. it cost me almost $1000.00 for the root canal. Fenworth Dental ended up sending me a bill a almost 2 yrs. later asking me for a missed appointment that I never made and deducted money $130.00 from my policy and asked for the remaining 40.00. Tabitha informed me that if I didn't pay the $40.00 she was sending me to collections. this is a money hungry dental office who charges for work that is not completed or done poorly. I would second guess visiting this office - there's a reason why this office goes through so many dentists, plus the establishment is Filthy. hire or train better staff members read more

I do not need to see the dentist very much, so I basically go there because I love the hygienist Marium. I do not see any other hygienists because Marium is the best!I my whole family see her. I have known her for years and really trust her opinion. She is extremely friendly, very thorough and a great patient advocate! Hands down worst dentists I've ever been to. PLEASE AVOID. I went here in January after two years with no benefits since graduating. I had a lot of cavities and to date I still can feel where they are. One of them was causing me so much pain I went in for an emergency appointment. The dentist did nothing, and told me just to wait a while and the pain would go away... the receptionist charged me $80 for this "exam". This place is an absolute joke and all they care about is money. You'll go - use up all of your benefits on sub par dental work and have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket. Do yourself a favor and AVOID at all costs. The only reason I came here in the first place and not my previous dentist was because they were offering a free whitening kit. It's a take home kit and and you're better off buying a kit from Walmart. Three different dentists treated me and did my fillings- once because I asked for a different dentist as the first one I saw did a TERRIBLE job on my fillings. It was so bad I had to ask the next dentist to smooth them out again because they were so rough. Now, a year later my current dentist is watching those fillings as there have been issues and might need to be redone. Also, the receptionist first told me I couldn't see another dentist because that would cause the dentists to have a "cat fight" over whose patient I was. So unprofessional and not something you need to tell patients who need to be accommodated. Not to mention the shape of all of the teeth with fillings now are so disfigured and visibly look like they've been filled with the gaps between the teeth looking almost brown which was NOT how they looked before the filling. There's also almost no space in between one of the teeth to floss because of how poorly they filled the tooth. Also, ever since I had my fillings my bite has been horribly off and uneven. I can clearly feel that one side of my teeth touch before the other side and its so uncomfortable. I used all of my benefits for the year here in 3 months and they continued to call me to remove my wisdom teeth and pay out of pocket. Even going so far as to send me a letter. All they care about is taking your money and billing to your insurance. Please do some research and make sure you go somewhere reputable not this joke of a dental office. Nice dentists and assistants. Reception is another story. The wait time to be seen is unreal; I waited 45 minutes at one time and another almost 40 minutes because the dentist was late in. Also, if you miss an appointment you are charged $50.00..you must give 2 days notice to cancel an appointment. Not easy when you work in a hospital and are called in last minute. Also not easy if you are ill..we don't know when we are going to be ill. Not a nice experience trying to explain to them that I work on call. They have no sympathy for anybody's situation..they are in it for the buck. Bottom line, I will not be going back. I will find a place that has a little more compassion and much nicer receptionists. read more

Stay away from these butchers. I went there for an after hours emergency, this dentist and his assistant didn't speak to me or explain what they were doing. They then spoke in some arab sounding language to each other while I was in the chair. I was then told an extraction of the tooth was the only option so I agreed to have the procedure done. Big, big mistake this guy almost broke my jaw. When I returned to my regular dentist he could not believe the mess he made of my mouth, and he didnt even get the tooth completely out as there was a broken piece of tooth still attached that my regular dentist had to remove. read more

Went into this dental office last week and overheard a worker named Tabitha talk to other employees right in the open in front of clients in a very disrespectful manner, she was saying that if an employee is sick it is their responsibility to cover their shift and they need to call a co worker into he office to work their shift. How she talked to employees in front of clients is appalling, I don't know how she could get away with this, I don't understand how this lady is still employed with this office. I asked the other employees if this is how she always acts but they looked afraid to answer. I feel bad for the rest of the office employees. I will not return to this office due to this certain employee. I also over heard employees state there is a camera pointed at them, and that Tabitha watches them on her days off at home. I'm not quite sure how this is legal. If the owner would like to keep this office, it's in his or her best interest to investigate with employees one on one to sort out this toxic environment. read more
