As a reminder, the secretary sends you appointment updates via text and promptly responds to any and all questions. The hygienists provide thorough service, advice and recommendations to maintain a healthy smile. Dr. Bob is fantastic with both adults and children! His passion, empathy and care towards his patients shines through in all that he does! He is patient and takes into considerations patient fears or weaknesses during procedures (ie. Needles). He loves giving back to the community, coming to our camp to visit the youngest friends, ages 3-6, teaching them about flossing, brushing, and important daily habits! He even brought them toothbrushes and information about taking care of their teeth. I have been going to Stonehill Dental for a few visits now and I am extremely pleased with the service from the whole team. Before my visit I receive a text message reminder the day before. The office is clean, open, and welcoming with kind and courteous receptionists. Once seated in the comfortable waiting room, I am not sitting more than a couple minutes before being received by the dental hygienist. My cleanings have been pretty smooth and the hygienists have been professional, thorough, and quite knowledgeable in helping me improve my own care. The dental equipment all looks new, and state of the art with monitors and the works. I had 3 of my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Bob! And what a difference it was from the other 1 time I went to another dentist. The other guy took forever and it hurt for days. Dr. Bob took out 3 wisdom teeth in a matter of minutes and although there was some pain afterwards, I was back to normal in a day or two! Great dentist, great staff and awesome facility (my kid loves it since he can watch movies as we wait). All the paperwork was done by the staff and whatever was needed from the insurance company afterward was sent in a prompt and timely manner to my email. Just awesome! read more
