They have handled my insurance with zero issues. I don't have the need to go to a doctor often, but when I do he is who I visit. The check in app has it way off Manchester for some reason and I have submitted an updated locations so hopefully that will get fixed.

The rating is for the appearance and cleanliness of the hospital. The hospital is located off of Bowles Ave/highway 44 in Fenton. The parking is spacious and the most importantly it's FREE and convenient. The staff will assist you with providing direction. Check in is simple and easy. There were no long waits. This issue is how can a hospital be so visibly dirty. I am mean out right disgusting. It's as if they have no in-house cleaning staff..........HONESTLY!!!! I didn't want to sit anywhere and as I'm walking down the hall I'm thinking to myself a hospital should appear to be clean by all standards and no wonder people get sicker when being admitted to the hospital. I wouldn't want to visit anyone here let alone be seen here. Completely unacceptable.

I knew she was different when I called her office for the first time and she herself answered the phone because the receptionist was busy. They don't pack that office too tight - I wait 5 minutes in the waiting room, even less in the exam room, which also means if your issue is urgent they WILL get you in there. Dr Schnapp is a caring human being that doesn't try to upcharge you for bs, doesn't pass judgment, isn't a cold robot, and makes sure you leave knowing everything she knows about your situation. She also has a much gentler touch during pap smears than I have ever experienced. In addition, when I had a miscarriage 6 years ago, the 3 doctors of the practice took turns over the weekend calling me to make sure i was ok. I saw her today and not only does she know me, she remembers every detail of that experience six years back. I wish there were physicians like her in Las Vegas.

The records department told me twice that they sent over the MRI. He didn't even attempt to look for it. Then he told me I had moderate arthritis and would need a knee replacement eventually. He spent maybe a couple minutes in the room with me and acted like he was too busy to waste any more time on me. I was very displeased when I left his office. I ended up going to get a 2nd opinion with Dr. Dulal and he walked me through the entire MRI. He said that I have very minimal arthritis but that my ACL was loose and showed me everything on the MRI. Dr. Dulal did not rush the visit and explained everything very clearly and showed me everything he was talking about on the MRI. I called Signature orthopedics and asked that Dr. Palmer's part of the bill be reduced or taken off. They said NO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. PALMER.

However, I was sadly disappointed. I found the wait in the doctors exam room 1 hour too long, the doctor's interest low and my time wasted. I was told my problem wouldn't show on an MRI but it did in the past. Then new tests were ordered buy the nurse (?) wrote the test order incorrectly which resulted in 3 hours spent in Radiology instead of 45 minutes while they tried to get it straightened out. I'll certainly never recommend this place to anyone.
