Our HOA requires a very specific fence and the prices we received from Split Rail and their "competitors" were outrageous. Basically there are too few players, and they all know each others pricing so the price difference from one quote to another was marginal. Well deserved five stars. It has been several months since Clint single-handedly tackled replacing five broken fence posts in one afternoon. His pricing was fair, and I found him to be a hard worker who is upfront, courteous and professional. Frankly, I waited to add this review because I feared with how quick he did the job that I would have issues, but I haven't. Clint quickly responded to my request for a quote and out of the four I received, I chose him because of his Yelp reviews. Thanks Yelpers! He forewarned me that with a small job that he would try to squeeze me in between jobs, and it might be a few months of waiting. I appreciated his honesty and was fine with waiting. A few months later, in the beginning of the year, he ended up coming out by himself to take care of the job. Clint is awesome! We called him for a quote after reading all the other great Yelp reviews and everything people said was true and more! We wanted to fence in an area of our backyard with 7' chain link to keep the deer out of our pond and garden. He came out and made suggestions for what would work and look best for our uneven terrain. We took his suggestions because of his experience and because they made sense when he explained his reasoning and we couldn't be happier with the result! We showed him where we had buried an electrical run to our pond, but he still took the time to dig down and find it before installing every nearby post. Clint does a great job. He came out a gave a quote for the fence and moving of part of it. Never went above his quote. He does top notch work and looked out for me in terms of the quality of the pickets (had to exchange a good number) as they didn't meet his quality standard. He is a nice guy and stands by his work. I would highly recommend Clint with Fence Busters! He is very meticulous at what he does and cares a lot about his craft. We did a 4' cedar shadowbox fence and he did an incredible job. He was very picky about the wood that got delivered and what pieces got used and had great hardware for the gate. I also like that Clint is the one building the fence, so you get the owner himself and all of his expertise. We live in Highlands Ranch and our fence on the green space was 30-years old and in serious need of repair/replacement. Clint installed a privacy fence and split rail fence for us. I had asked for 5 bids from different contractors. Only two actually showed up to see the property, and Clint was the only one to take the job seriously. Spoke with Clint from Fence Busters today to see about getting a fence put in for our new home. Our timeline didn't work because he is so busy right now, but I am giving him the 5 star rating for the mere fact that not only did he take quite a bit of time explaining to me what to look for, what to expect from different types of companies, he even gave me a referral for one of his competitors that he felt would do a good and fair job. Right after I spoke with him I had someone from Custom Fence contact me back and I asked all the right questions that Clint told me to ask, and sure enough got the exact answers he said I would.
