After we explain to Brandon exactly how we would like to use the backyard, he came up with a perfect configuration that combined pebble, concrete, and succulent plants. Brandon sent us all of the potential plants we could use, but we ultimately trusted his creative vision and allowed him full reign to pick whatever he thought would look best. Brandon has an impressive crew that came out and did the work alongside Brandon. They laid irrigation, put in the plants, the ground cover, and the concrete. The final product is amazing. We love our backyard, and with Brandon's efforts, it has been transformed into a wonderful serene environment that we enjoy spending time in. Brandon warranties all plants for 6 months, and when a few plants didn't look particularly healthy, he came out and replaced all four of them no questions asked. I've hired plenty of contractors in my day, but the real test of customer service is how well they treat you after you've parted with your money. Brandon was just as responsive and customer service oriented in replacing these plants as he was in getting our business in the first place. Several of my neighbors who are considering similar projects have viewed and loved the work Brandon did in our backyard. They are currently working with Brandon on their own projects. We've been so pleased we're considering now removing the grass in our front yard and having Brandon put together a design to replace our front grass with drought resistant landscaping. Pineda's Masonry is one of those that are out there and I'm glad that I was able to hire Victor and his company to fix my damaged wall. The quote I received from them wasn't the least expensive but it was far from being the most expensive and landed right about in the middle of all the other quotes. However, the quote from Pineda's was detailed with what work was going to be done, the area that was going to be worked on and the scope of work listed wasn't creating far more work than necessary given that it was a 50+ yr old brick wall that survived major earthquakes and was only damaged because a careless driver drove into it. When Victor and his crew did the job, they were neat and thorough in their work. The area that was worked on was swept clean and all residue from the demolition of the damaged wall was undetectable and the broken brick was taken away the same day. Once the mortar for the repaired wall had dried and there was no rain in the forecast, they finished by putting the colored smooth stucco. All in all, my experience was very positive from getting the quote all the way up to the completion. Victor did a good job of communicating the process and timeframe and set reasonable expectations which were all met. Highly recommended!

During the process of the job, I asked him to bid on installing an RV driveway made of pavers to match the decorative wall. This was going to be an improvement that I would put off until later when my cash flow would be better. The bid came in at such an attractive price that my wife and I decided to take advantage of the offer. Robert worked with me at every step to arrive at a final result that complemented my property with a mix of functionality and aesthetics. Everyone that walks by the house while we are in the yard feels compelled to say how great the paver work looks. Even though some of the features that were designed in after the original bid cost more, Robert held to his original bid.
