After inspection he showed my a ceramic log / gas burning set up that he could instal same day. It was a lot more than I was expecting to pay but after some debate I caved hah, chimney cleaned, new system installed and dryer vent cleaned, 5 year warranty. The good- fire place looks great, works great, wife and kids love it The reason for 4 not 5 stars, the log set I was sold on was different than the one I came back home to (the owner did offer to swap them out no charge) and when I mentioned the need to clean the white tiles on the hearth , the tech proceeded to tell me how to clean (wasn't my mess) he ended up cleaning it up. Be prepared for a sales pitch. The $99 gets them in the door. Over all, I'd recommend this company.

It was all very tight with a big truck, two stops, but they did a GREAT job and not a complaint out of them! Friendly as can be! So when we moved from our home in Newport Beach to Anaheim Hills we asked if Best Move could do the job even though we were in Orange County. They made an exception and drove down to move us. They were friendly, fast, careful, and to top it off, managed to get that huge truck up a very narrow, curvy road and turn around in a small cul-de-sac. Again, no complaints, couldn't have been more helpful. I've moved a lot and there was always "something" with the other moving companies, but not a single issue with Best Move.
