I just had Ivan out to my 4 year old new build in the Ovation community here in Pahrump…read more What an amazing find. I love to support local family run businesses and Ivan and his charming wife Beverly (a friendly and professional receptionist I only know from her beautiful voice on the phone), are providing a top rate service at a very reasonable price point. Ivan spent almost 2 hours completely tuning and servicing my inside and outside HVAC system. He diagnosed a capacitor that was getting low and that did not surprise me as the unit has sat in the beat down hot sun for 4 years weathering the dust also. He can order the part and return in 4 days to replace it, again, at a very reasonable price. My neighbor was impressed as he saw him working and also set up an appointment. I will also have him do the tune up service on my brother and sister-in-law's home a few blocks away. Review from 2019: I unfortunately never actually got to meet Todd or visit his business but i will rate him 5 stars for his unbelievable outstanding customer assistance. I live in New York and was in desperate need of saving my sheepskin carpet that had dog urine stained on it. When google searching for answers, I stumbled upon a forum in which Todd wrote to another desperate customer in a similar circumstance. Todd was kind enough to provide his number on that forum and asked the guy to reach out to him to see how he could help. Todd was more than happy to assist me as well despite living miles away! I was truly taken back by his genuine kindness.
