They checked my bite and explained that I'm currently at about 85% correction. They recommended either wearing a nighttime retainer to prevent any further movement or Invisalign to get me back to 100%. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me either way. The office staff also ran my insurance, provided an estimate, and followed up with me about pricing. Nancy at the front office was incredibly polite and even remembered me from years ago! I had a great experience with Stieg & Wachtel then, and I continue to have a great experience with them now. I have, and always, will recommend Stieg & Wachtel to anyone looking for orthodontic care!

Dear Artistic Dental Team,…read more I am writing this review to share my appreciation for the exceptional care I have received at your office. I typically only leave reviews when I am truly impressed. I feel it is important to recognize the outstanding experience I've had. I love this dental office. Everyone is incredibly friendly and kind, not only to patients but to one another. Everyone is knowledgeable in what they do. Dr. Dougherty is fantastic; he is knowledgeable, patient, and truly listens. It is wonderful to see how much respect he shows his employees, and the quality of his work is consistently excellent. After experiencing many dental nightmares since I was eight years old, I am so grateful I found Artistic Dental through Reddit. Dr. Dougherty and the entire staff have completely renewed my trust. I have been a patient for a while and I'm definitely not going anywhere. Thank you to the entire staff for everything! It is obvious that you are a team! Best regards, Sherry

The dental hygienist and front desk worker reassured her that what was being done would be covered. Then they tried to bill her over $300 for services. The front desk worker called regarding the payment to which my wife said she didn't feel comfortable paying for services that were declined and agreed upon. The worker said she'd speak with the dentist. Days later she received a voicemail from the front desk lady admitting to it being her fault for not checking what was covered. Days later the office sent a break up letter saying how it's best for both the office and my wife to not continue their patient practice relationship. Not our fault your worker relayed incorrect information and were trying to charge more then was agreed. Otherwise the cleaning was through.

They always come up with an excuse as if it's us just complaining like, no it's you! Take accountability buddy. They need more experience before they even consider opening more locations. I don't think these doctors do this because they like to work in dental and fix patients teeth. Honestly, it's more about the money to them at this point. What a joke! 0 out of 0 stars!

Where do I even start with how much we love this office... Dr. Popat, Bansi and the entire staff…read moreare absolutely amazing! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but they are truly the most caring and patient practice out there. They somehow make even the hardest appointments a fun and happy experience. My 5 year old son needed extensive dental work done and it was recommended by another practice that he be put under general anesthesia to complete the work. Naturally, I was concerned about putting him under at such a young age so I reached out to Dr. Popat for a second opinion. He was beyond helpful and reassuring about the amount of work that needed to be done. He was able to complete it all in a few visits with just laughing gas and local anesthesia. They made everything so comfortable and relaxing that my son had no clue there was ever a needle or scary tools involved. He gladly went back to each appointment without any hesitation! Also, as a parent there is a level of guilt you feel when you find out your child needs dental work done. I felt like I had failed my son even though we were doing everything we could to try and keep his teeth in good shape. Dr. Popat was so kind and had zero judgment whatsoever. He also explained to me that there are other factors that can contribute to these issues. I definitely felt a huge sense of relief and less guilt after speaking with him. They have also helped me with my replacement retainers and had them done much quicker than anywhere else I have been in the past. Once again, they go above and beyond for all of our dental and orthodontic needs. My kids are actually excited for their upcoming cleanings! Such a relief compared to our past visits elsewhere. I highly recommend!

A Life-Changing Experience at Belmont Dentistry…read more I want to share my recent experience that completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. I had a painful tooth in the upper back part of my mouth. My friend--who is a dentist in Chicago--was visiting me in Scottsdale and, after hearing about my discomfort, he called in a few prescriptions: antibiotics, ibuprofen, and a steroid. That helped--temporarily. A week later, I woke up with excruciating pain, like someone was stabbing my brain. It was unbearable. I pulled myself together and searched online for a local dentist that could see me urgently and work with me on a partial payment plan. That's when I found Belmont Dentistry. I called and explained my situation, and they told me to come in immediately. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The office looks more like a luxury spa than a dental practice--clean, modern, and calming. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. I was taken straight back and had some X-rays done. The team quickly pinpointed the problem tooth. Then I met Dr. Sandhu. What she didn't know at the time was that I was silently in tears behind the protective glasses--I've had serious dental trauma in the past, and I've been afraid of dentists ever since. But she took the time to listen, to answer all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. We discussed a payment plan, and they worked with me to make it affordable--something I truly appreciated. When it was time for the procedure, Dr. Sandhu applied a topical anesthetic before the injection. This moment was especially emotional for me. As a child, I had a horrible experience with a dentist who ignored my pain and traumatized me during a procedure. Because of that, I always feared the needle and the pain associated with dental visits. But with Dr. Sandhu, I didn't feel anything--not even the injection. And the tooth extraction? Smooth, easy, and completely pain-free. I couldn't believe it. I left not only relieved of my pain but also of my fear. If you've had bad experiences with dentists in the past or are nervous about dental procedures, I cannot recommend Dr. Sandhu and the team at Belmont Dentistry enough. They treated me with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. I'm so thankful I found them--and if this review helps even one person who's afraid like I was, it's worth writing.
