I'm in my seventies now and this is not the easiest trip especially on a Friday. 3) I went into the office and asked to speak to the office manager. On the phone she said that I could see another doctor. I declined. Why would I travel to another city when I could find a new doctor in Philadelphia? She then told me that I could go out to Long Island or Middletown NY to see Dr, Heller. I explained that I do not have a car and that this would be impossible. I told her that I wanted to be reimbursed for the train. 4) I immediately went down to Penn Station and caught a train leaving for Phil. in five minutes. That fare was $86. I mailed a copy of the receipt. Where am I going with this you ask? 5) After several attempts I never heard another word from anyone.
