The programs are an hour long and I have been listening to them when I am cleaning or driving. I have a lot of gut health issues which they address and it is very helpful for me. I stopped in for the raw probiotics that I have switched to. I used to buy probiotics off the shelf in a store but since I have been using the Raw Probiotics which is refrigerated, I have noticed that it works a lot better. At checkout I signed up for their emails that give coupons and specials and lets you know about the latest radio show. For signing up I received 20 percent off my probiotics making them cheaper than the last time I bought them somewhere else. I am interested in the life extension products and plan on listening to the show about them. The older I get, the more I want to learn about diet and nutrition.
