I want the public to know Brian at Low Cost Propane in Red Deer, is different. He has always been immediately available to answer questions and help with any concerns I had. It is obvious Brian understands that with better service and care people will support his business. Not only is Brian outstanding but all the staff I have dealt with at there place of business have been accommodating and helpful. From filling tanks to attaining fittings, and paying the bills in the office. I know from being in business myself that sometimes clients are delayed service because outstanding bills are left unpaid. I'm not sure if this is the case with the bad reviews I have read, but Brian and his crew have bent over backwards for me every time I attend their office. Keep up the great work team.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We discovered that, for 20 lb bottles, the cost of a new bottle is only $4.00 more than the cost to re-certify the old one. We had previously talked with a competitor and discovered they had a 3 day wait for the process to re-certify propane bottles. Canwest is also nice and easy to get in and out of if you have a larger vehicle or are towing a trailer.

Coming from the north is way easier. Great fuel prices! After fueling up, you can shop to your hearts content in the Costco warehouse. There are a lot of businesses around to check out!
