The prices are very reasonable, my garments have never been lost or destroyed, and they remembered my name almost out-of-the-gate. There are many more convenient cleaners for me, having long ago moved out of the core. If it wasn't for them, I'd probably never even be in the west end. But I keep going back there because I have no reason to consider going anywhere else. Free 20 minute parking in front of the grocery store just a couple of dozen metres down makes this very accessible and easy to visit. Strong recommend. 3/30

He called me when the shirt was ready and gave me a very reasonable price. I decided to bring 10 more shirts to be tailored. Since I didn't have much time that week, I let him use the first shirt as an example. The shirts were finished promptly, but I found that some of the arms were still too large, because not all of the shirts had started out at the same size. Hanif was reasonable, and offered to clean, press and fix whichever shirt still had to be fixed. Overall, I am extremely impressed with his dedication to service. Very trustworthy owner.

My situation: I had a pair of pants that I adored that had holes in the crotch that were growing every time my bike saddle got stuck in there. So I brought both pairs in, asked to get my 2nd pair tailored to the specifications of the first pair and for the first pair to be patched up. The cost: Tailoring: $25 Patching x 2: $15 The work was done in 2 days and the work was done amazingly well. Highly recommended.
