We stopped by for a lunch today for my daugters birthday and we're completely blown away. This small little bbq place should be in the same conversations as fox bros and heirloom as best BBQ in Atlanta. My kids who are very particular couldnt stop eating the brisket and burnt ends. Darrin, the owner, even stopped by to wish my daughter a happy birthday and came by with a treat. It was an unforgettable experience and we will be stopping by again next time we're in the area. Highly recommend!!

My chicken, and egg biscuit. I forgot to ask for cheese. Ughhh Not to mention I ate the top biscuit before the pic. ‍

I have eaten their scrumptious chicken, cheese egg biscuit and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was brought to us and introduced to us by our realtor during our hunt for our new home. Was always excited when she'd bring us one. My husband I always split one but if hungry, one can finished by one person. The biscuits are so moist and flaky. The chicken cooked just right. However the other day I went by myself and treated myself to one and ate it by myself. Enjoyed every bite and nothing had changed. They finally are able to serve bbq and that looked amazing as well. It is a very lovely restaurant and really aids the community in so many ways. It is one place you want to support knowing their money helps so many in need. Its ambiance is definitely casual. There is a drive through with plenty of parking to enjoy your meal inside. The owner does alot of the grilling and cooking. His wife can at times be seen roaming and chatting/thanking customers for coming in. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I'm told the bbq Salmon is truly a treat so I'll need to return soon. The restaurant is kept clean and stocked. A definite "must try!"

Platter with sliced brisket, pulled pork, bacon beans and mac and cheese!

So glad to see the BBQ finally came! The staff was really great and felt very welcomed the minute I walked in! Hubby and I ordered different things so I got to try the brisket, turkey, pork, sausage and chicken. Everything was top notch and I can tell they have spent years perfecting their recipes! Never had such moist turkey! Loved reading all the signs and seeing the impact they make in the community!

It wasn't quite a speakeasy kind of feeling but had a secretive selective feeling where the patrons were most likely regulars and an upscale feel but not an overly priced menu. We started with drinks, old fashioned for the husband and I had a glass of wine which is a rare thing but it was a perfect pairing with my Brian's Chicken. It came with a salad or soup and I chose the house salad with a citrus vinaigrette and the wild rice side. My husband chose the Tilapia Piccata which doesn't come with a salad or soup, just a side and he chose the roasted mashed potatoes. We had rolls served and then selected a key lime pie for our dessert. The waitress was older, less friendly but consolidated her trips and was timely so that's a plus. She could stand to smile and seem more thankful for guests or her presence of being there but maybe something was a miss in her world so we just enjoyed the time we had without the interruptions but being in the service industry in the past my self, I know first-hand that smile and friendly face upon greeting a table does have an impact. The noise was about average so some jazz or music in the background would be helpful to allow for less availability to overhear the tables surrounding one another possibly. There was a table of ladies maybe enjoying ladies night and it seemed we could hear them quite frequently but they appeared to be enjoying their night so no bad feelings towards a group enjoying their evening. We will definitely be back.
