My carrier refused to deliver some packages to me (even though they have in the past). I asked for a redelivery, still refused to deliver and ended up returning my package without a final notice! So frustrating and the post office worker pretty much called me a liar when I asked why they can't just deliver when they have in the past. She said that they don't get out of the car! Smh! Ridiculous!

It's called profit, something needed for a business to stay open. The owner is awesome, and so friendly and polite. Personally, I print my own labels at home to save the money, but they still get paid by UPS/FedEx when you drop off items, so I'd encourage you to patronize them so we have a convenient place in our area. it's always clean, and they have a drive thru for smaller items!

While I was in there, I set my phone down on the counter to look at something on their computer screen. When I left, I forgot my brand new, very expensive phone. I had somebody at home call my phone, and they answered and said they had it. The couple who owns and runs this location is an Indian couple and they are honest. That is who answered my phone. They were there to pick up my phone and keep it for me to come back and get it. I am very grateful to them, honesty is something hard to find today, especially in business. On a more practical side, even though I didn't use them for anything complicated, it looked like they had your typical kinkos printing capabilities. They didn't have a computer set up if you need internet access on something other than a cell phone screen. When I came back to get my phone they had two UPS trucks outside. One was fast service and the other was regular ground. I seem to remember they said they can also ship through Fedex, but fedex sucks anyway, don't use them.

I'm thankful that these guys are in town at this location because they treat you like a human being. My husband and I came there after leaving this rock location because of inventory issues and those jerks had us running away from the store after they lied and were super super super rude! Thank God for decent people like these here at Rock and K96! Keep up the great customer service and work guys! Juan the manager as well as Nathan the salesman are great! The staff greeted me when I walked in, but left me alone to sit in a few chairs for a little stretch. I quickly narrowed down to the one I wanted, but it wasn't on sale. I noted that two others were at least 20% off, on sale. So, I walked up to the front of the store, with the item tag for the chair I wanted. I talked to Dominique at the cash register. She was friendly, and had a nice smile. I told her I wanted to buy a chair, but not at full price. Asked if the one I wanted would be on sale soon. She checked, and I mentioned that I'd like to find it 20% off, like the other two. After checking inventory, she told me she could apply a 20% coupon discount to the price! I was definitely pleased with the service I received, and appreciated the way that Dominique got the sale from me, and I got the discount price I wanted. While she was ringing me out, she had another employee bring my boxed chair to the entry, and he placed it in my vehicle for me. I easily put the chair together, at home that night. Took less than half an hour. I'm sitting in it now, pretty pleased! Thanks!
