Amazon used FedEx Sioux falls South Dakota to ship A very expensive package and it was delayed twice, once due to supposed weather related issues, despite my receiving ups and USPS deliveries at the same time ON TIME and now FedEx is stating my package seems to be lost and instead of investigating it, they are having someone call me in a week to discuss the situation. If I could have, I would rate it at a (-10).I had a package shipped to me by " Priority Overnight" which I never received.It was delivered to the WRONG address, which was discovered today, a week later. So I ordered a $1200.00 item from amazon. I spelled out the whole street no abbreviations and yet my chair never arrived, I checked my security cameras and no truck ever came by. Yet again fed ex has dropped my package and delivered a very expensive item to someone else. This is the third package in the last three weeks. I have filed complaints, I have requested they verify the address they admitted once they indeed dropped at wrong address and proceeded to call me three times a day for a week trying to get me to go see if the package was still there. They refused to allow a claim to be filed until I tried to locate the package at some random persons home. After telling them they were committing insurance fraud a felony after admitting to having miss delivered my package and denying claim because it was "delivered " regardless of at the incorrect address they decided to reopen the claim and pay. I have lost $1800.00 in merchandise and the merchants have either had to file claims or taken a loss in the past few weeks who's running the local hub? Why can't a driver read circle and Court even when spelled out fully. read more

Waited 7 days for a package that was sent overnight express from CA for delivery in MN on the 5th of February. On the 12th I gave up waiting for them to deliver it and drove 70 miles to SF to pick it up myself. Apparently the roads were too tough for the poor FedEx driver to cope with - either that or he was just lazy. Meanwhile, UPS, the mailman, garbage collection and everyone else managed just fine. They need to hire some drivers who know how to drive and want to provide a service. Useless. read more

FedEx is one of the biggest crap delivery companies ever. I was expecting a package today (Saturday) because of an email they sent to me. I get an email Saturday morning that I now will not get my package until Tuesday. They said I was not available to sign for the package. I WAS HOME waiting on them. I call FedEx and get nothing but the run around. The customer service is CRAP!!! They only go by what they see on the screen and I called for some kind of resolution to this delivery. I told her that I see the NEW delivery date, but I want my package today. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused to put me through. There was no one here to deliver the package. There is NO door tag anywhere. They lie and say they tried, when they really didn't try AT ALL!! If I could I would give all negative stars. Nothing was resolved, and I am sure Tuesday will be just another day like today. No delivery, no package, and a bunch of bullshit crap run around excuses from their so called "customer service".
