Terrible. Packages always stuck at this location for days and never delivered on time. I have 2 packages with a delivery notification that states "request for new delivery date was made" which I never requested so I'm still waiting. So frustrating! Here's the brief story: 1. Driver shows up and tells me he is going to put the 900 lb. delivery at the end of the alley, about 150 yards from my home. 2. When I say this is not acceptable he tells me "f@$& you" and other pleasant (not) things. 3. Driver then comes to my front door, still belligerent, yelling and tells me he's going to leave it on the street, which would block traffic. 4. I refuse delivery. 5. Next day a nicer driver (hence 2 stars) arrives and puts the delivery item on my parking pad. 6. I'm charged $148 for the privilege of "redelivery" despite the circumstances. 7. I spend 20 minutes on the phone to pay the $148 charge with my credit card. 8. I've received two bills for another $148. 9. How long do I have to stay on hold to correct this? God knows, I gave up. I'm not sending them another $148. Let them come and try to get it. read more

Terrible experience. Never helped me when they saw me struggle with a package. Didn't help me with anything at all in fact. When shipping; they never offered options or disclosed how much shipping would be. Added insurance to my box that I didn't want and selected expedited shipping g that I didn't want. People seemed miserable to be there. read more

Quick and easy to pick up a package. Fedex kept trying to deliver a package during times I was never home. I finally thought to go to the website where I learned I could have designated a time for them to drop it off. Unfortunately, it was Friday night, I needed it by Monday, and they don't deliver on the weekends. This meant I had to designate it for pickup. I chose the location it was being held at, because I figured it might take too long if I asked for it to be held closer to where I live (and it was only about 3 miles away to begin with). I received a call at about 9 a.m. Saturday morning telling me my package was available for pickup, but don't come before 10 a.m., because that's when they open. I swung by around 11 a.m. This location is a little random, but my GPS found it fine. There were two people leaving when I got there, but nobody else was in line. I walked up, gave them my tracking number and ID and got my package. It was super efficient. This location is really clean. They also drill into you that the Fedex colors are purple and orange. It seemed like everything was purple and orange. It brought a cheerfulness to the place that I wouldn't expect when dealing with mail. If you need to pick up a package, this is a solid choice. read more

I ordered a package from Swiss Colony, out of Wisconsin. The package went to FedEx Orlando and then arrived in St Petersburg on Dec 11. At that time the tracking number showed it in St Pete with "no scheduled delivery" & "delivery pending." On Dec 17, I called the FedEx number. The operator told me that FedEx would deliver my package in due time, as there was no scheduled delivery date. (Swiss Colony had a date of by Dec 18). I asked the FedEx operator to connect me with a supervisor. And she told me "no" that all of the supervisors work out of home. So, I said, "you're saying FedEx will deliver it whenever they wish?" She replied yes, and hung up on me. It is now Dec 29th, Christmas is long gone--and the package still has not arrived. Using the tracking number, it still lists "delivery pending" and "no delivery scheduled." FedEx is an arrogant, poorly operated outfit. Go to UPS or USPS.. read more

I had a package of live fish being sent that was a priority overnight package to be delivered on a Tuesday. I understand that bad weather caused the delay of my package, so it was supposed to be delivered by 10:30 on Wednesday. It is now 1:22 on Wednesday and no delivery. I chatted with a "customer service" member, whom kept telling me it is delayed due to bad weather. I advised the package is on the truck here in FL, and we do not have any bad weather. I was again advised it was due to bad weather. I requested that they contact the driver to have this delivered ASAP in the hopes that there isn't 100% mortality, and was told they cannot contact the Driver. This is the 2nd time this has happened with the same scenario. I guess the Driver feels if they missed the initial commitment, there is no hurry to deliver the package the next day. So very disappointed and a loss of $250. read more

Who is in charge of this disaster? They are now closed from 1:00 to 5:30. Completely idiotic. No parking because they are suddenly seemingly the boneyard of old trucks. They apparently hate customers. By 5:30 people are lined up and just to drop off without a receipt takes forever. This should be an embarrassment but I don't get the feeling anyone cares. Hello, I have had to call Fedex for 15 total times no bs literally 15 times as of today because fedex driver lied (yes fraudulently stated that the address is incorrect) google confirms my address is correct. There was supposed to be a delivery on the 6th, but 10 calls (out of 15 calls total) later customer support says "the driver is new." I was promised delivery for today by start of business, didn't happen, my schedule was modified to accommodate these incompetent drivers of fedex. Today, (my (15th call to fedex) the agent actually tried to contest if I live at the already confirmed address from previous 14 other fedex gents and advocacy agents (fake escalation) Complete asinine ignorance from the agents to the drivers, I am betting that the tires on the fedex vehicles are more intelligent at this point. I would give them a negative 55 stars if I could. read more

The delivery driver lie on the tracking, the delivery driver never come to my address, I was waiting all day for the shipment and the driver said nobody home to receive. The delivery driver put that on the tracking to make him look good, but he didn't do his job. read more

Stopped by this location the other day, first time in over a year. Hoped to see Fred behind the counter but heard he retired, (lucky stiff). I was unfortunate enough to have to deal with Sue, (totally brain dead) after a curt "NEXT!" I handed her my package and began to explain the shipping details. "HOLD ON!" she barks! "This package has to be repackaged or I cannot accept it!" Why's that? I asked. I am using the same box it was used to be shipped to me by Fedex and it's not damaged in anyway, can you please explain this to me? She said, "please step aside so I can handle other costumers while you repackage you shipment, there are boxes over there!" I never had any problems in the past when I dealt with Fred, he was absolutely the best and always went above and beyond when helping his customers. Naturally I left and will never use Fedex or should I say "FEDUP!" ever again, it will be UPS or the Post Office from now on. read more

This is by far the worst FedEx in Tampa Bay. They are never in the store when I walk in and are always in the back. So I have to wait for them to come out. Then the lady is always extremely rude and won't take up my boxes. Said I have to pay for tap to ship something. You are a shipping facility, package tape should be complementary when you are trying to ship something ESPECIALLY when UPS packages everything for you and tapes it. Ridiculous. TWICE I've been in where there refused to ship something for me because my box wasn't in perfect condition or made me purchase packaging material. As I'm on the phone with customer support and they call into that FedEx facility to fix the issue she still refuses to send the package out. Well started off nice until the middle until other customers got in there and then the attitude came out miss understood the price she said and she was very rude about it where is the old saying that customers are right I apologize that you didn't hear me correctly to correct price is this would you like to still ship it or would you like to avoid it that's what should have been said not an attitude I will never go back to this place again all my online ordering I'm going to recommend that we do not use FedEx anymore because of this my company ships out about 30 percent of their orders FedEx I'm going to make a phone call to the head honcho at logistics and have that changed.... Worst experiences ever with FedEx from this location. Twice now I have had my packages that need signatures not delivered when I needed them and when they were scheduled, the first time I had to pay for a ride here, and this time I have to now wait til Friday to get when I paid to get it yesterday. Customer service is awful, all foreigners, and when I asked for a supervisor 20mins were wasted with someone who was not a supervisor. In fact he argued about procedure and wouldn't transfer me until he had the last word. I will never ever call FedEx and give them my business, and will not use businesses that deliver through them. read more
