Never thought I'll write a perfect review for a courier delivery services company. Why? Well, throughout most of my experiences, the staff members usually work really slow while looking quite miserable. I had to drop off a package for the BF & this was the closest FedEx to where we live. There were a couple people ahead of me while I waited in line. I waited for about 3 minutes or so, before I was greeted by one of the male staff members. He was super friendly & apologized to me for waiting so long. I'm over here thinking, "Huh? I only waited 3 minutes..." I told him I didn't wait very long at all & he thanked me for waiting. He also told me I was patient. Boy, was he crediting me way too much, but it felt genuine. The service is fast & super friendly here. I didn't wait long at all & the staff are very hospitable. I rarely use FedEx, but based on this experience, I might start using them more often. read more

My package was supposed to arrive Tuesday and I was home just to sign it. I didn't hear any doorbell. Then it wasn't scanned all day the 3rd attempt so finally today they scanned it and it hasn't even said it's on its way even though customer support said it's on urgency. My shipment doesn't allow pre sign or sending it to a facility to pick up! They will not ring your doorbell and take a picture of your house to "prove" they were there. Classic example of the left hand, not knowing what the right is doing. I have a medication that I need to pick up and it can be difficult to get it delivered since I work and someone has to sign for it. So I get it sent to a ship center. When I've gotten it sent to this location. It never says it arrives. It always says it's delayed or en route but at a facility. And when u have gone there I have had no problem getting it, despite it not being confirmed in their website. Because that is seriously concerning, I stopped getting it sent here and instead sent to the one on Spring Garden as that location is very good and consistent. However, due to the Eagles parade and bad weather en route it got stopped here. We called and they said it could be picked up. Went to get it and thought it is physically in that location because it needs to go to Spring Garden so I could not collect it. And have to wait till Monday which is *all together* a holiday because of course it is. This was an overnight package of medication supposed to arrive Thursday and now I may get Monday? Maybe Tuesday. Do you see why I am so tired and frustrated? At least tell me no over the phone to save the trouble of saying it to my face despite the fact you have it there. I came to ship a few items. I was visibly confused by a lot of aspects like box sizes, packing materials, etc. my shipping labels I had printed were wrong. Omar was amazing! FedEx has suspiciously lost my deliveries at their facility. FedEx claims a package is out for delivery, and then it suspiciously ends up back at their facility. FedEx gives a time slot for a delivery, and then totally disregards the time they gave you. FedEx totally sucks. What sucks more is when a vendor doesn't alert a consumer that they use FedEx to deliver your purchases because if I knew that, I wouldn't order from that vendor. I ordered something that required a signature. The day it was supposed to arrive I went on the app and pre signed for the package just incase we missed the driver. When I checked the app within as little as 2 min (as posted on the app) the driver was here took a picture of the house and left without leaving my package. The package got delayed to the next day. So I went on the app and pre signed again and left a message for the driver to please use ring doorbell so we do not miss you again. The next day driver comes doesent ring the doorbell and within 2 min again takes the picture of the house and leaves without dropping off package again. My house was full of people both days not one of them seen or heard the driver. Then I called customer service. I eventually got a manager on the phone who said they would have the package back on a truck and delivered that day. No package ever came. Now it's delayed until for the third day. I will never use FedEx again. I have never had a problem missing a driver with any other carrier. read more

Federal Express in Philadelphia is the worst. I had paid for expedited shipping for a package. Not only did it not arrive on time but they said they delivered and no one was home. Which is a lie. I have a ring doorbell and no one came to my door. When I spoke to the rep I asked why pay for expedited shipping if they don't deliver it on time and lie about delivery. Federal express is noted for losing packages also. You are better off with United Postal service or UPS. read more

It can't get lower than this. Fedex customer service tells me my package is ready to be picked up and they will let the facility know that I'm coming and to have it prepared. I get here and they claim they don't have it. "It probably fell through a belt", "we'll have to do a warehouse search", and "it's probably at another holding location, try walgreens" was just a few of the things I was told. If it wasn't medication for my child, maybe I wouldn't be so displeased.. but either way the service level and regard they have for their customers and their belongings is completely unacceptable. read more

I spent 4 weeks trying to get my package rerouted to a store near my office so I could pick it up. Called daily and was assured that it would arrive the next day, which it never did. Ever. This company deserves NEGATIVE 5 STARS. I'm pretty sure one of there workers stole my Fashion Nova order and then manually sent me 1 item manually. I have screenshots of my actual order that was 2 weeks late from the day it was supposed to be delivered and then what I ended up receiving 2 days ago. Ordered 8 peices of clothing for my fiance worth $250 over a month ago...and only receive 1 item sent in a tiny fed ex box. I should have received my order in a fashion nova bag since that's where I ordered from! I HATE FED EX! Then they sent me an email saying all items were delivered afterwards. Federal Express has lost my package for about a month now and refuses to take responsibility for the location of it. Rather than show accountability and settle the issue they insist on leaving it in limbo not identifying any problems or trying to deliver my package. I have been very disappointed in Federal Express since before the pandemic began and they haven't done much to regain the confidence of the General Public. I had two separate packages scheduled to be delivered on the same day. A little after 1 o'clock, there was a knock. They left the one at the door and ran. No other package. No slip to tell me what to do or anything. Baffled, I looked at my tracking online, and it said they had attempted to deliver the other package but that no one was home. It's hours later, and I'm still furious. I called and got no help from customer service (they just repeated the lies on the website). I called to lodge a complaint, only to have the call drip automatically after I had been on hold for 15 minutes. I need the package for work and paid the have it expedited. I also emailed them and got no response. The number for the shipping center takes you to the main line where no one can help. If you have a choice, do not use this company. Don't even get me started on the fact that a driver hit my mom's car a few months ago, provided expired insurance info, and the company pretended like they had no idea who the guy was. Each package from fed ex is delayed days on end without any warning. My packages reflect on route all day on the truck then I am advised 12 hours later that the package returned and won't be delivered for 3 more days! This location needs to either retrain their employees or simply get new ones. The lack of customer service skills and common courtesy are non existent. No ones seems to care or go the extra mile to help instead your given attitude and an argumentative interaction in which I had to say I'm leaving and not engaging in this conversation any further. I was told by the FedEx customer service manager (since I had to go that far) that I would be able to go and retrieve my packages since they confirmed with a location employee that I could. Well going there another 2 stories were told. They couldn't find one of my packages and claimed in was ground shipping. Mind you, I had on my phone from the FedEx site that the driver put "attempt delivery, resident not home"for (Express not Ground) and put I requested another date. Then the second package, the worker finds but tells me I can't have it because it says tomorrow's date. Well of course! The driver lied and changed the date. The CS supervisor even told me that could mean anything by putting that down. If this was an attempt then why no Door Tag left?! I was told I could pick my package up but this woman said I couldn't have it since there were no notes that I called. Mind you, I have the number time stamp in my phone that I spoke to them 20 mins prior to arriving, which I explained multiple times. Why waste my time?! So I'll be back on the phone trying to find $300 worth of things I ordered. The location I see has been known to steal so this doesn't make me comfortable. I will be going to corporate to report this employee at this location. The attitude display and lack of doing her job is beyond me that she still has a job. I have lost thousands of dollars fucking with this company and haven't been reimbursed. Every time I order from a big brand such as Adidas, Nike, Supreme the packages never shows up but tracking number shows delivered. I review the security footage, and of course, there's no driver in sight. I contact FedEx and tell them I have video footage of the driver not delivering my packages and they never want to see it. They repeat the what I can see on the fed ex website They claim no ability for real time communication with their drivers....an obvious lie. With GPS, bar codes etc there is zero excuse to not have real time information available. I pay a premium for 10:30 am delivery and they never get their packages delivered on time. They will gladly take your money for the premium delivery service....then they fail every time and then make the refund process intentionally difficult so they don't have to compensate the customers they fail. They sent a package back to the sender because "my apartment did not exist" after an "attempted delivery" a day BEFORE the expected delivery date but they delivered a package from the same sender 2 days earlier. 6/10 times Fedex said they delivered the package when in fact they did not. How can you call yourself a reliable courier when you can't even deliver a package over 50% of the time. Drivers are lying and saying they delivered packages when they are not, and probably stealing half of them since these packages seem to miraculously disappear with no trace despite Fedex saying they were delivered. Maybe Fedex needs GPS tracking to see if the driver actually attempted to even go to the location. We've been at home every time receiving a note that a package was delivered and there was never a Fedex truck that came in. My new phone was shipped and the FedEx driver didn't call me,(Yes home awaiting for the package!)- assumed , or pretended , I wasn't home and left the door tag. So, for Fed Ex driver Friday Sept 2, 2016, , I give 0 stars. Call the customer before claiming they are not home. I had to go on Saturday morning to pick up package at FedEx facility, or await until after labor day holiday to have the driver deliver (or not , trying to say I wasn't home) to my apartment building. I brought my door tag and it took awhile for mine, (but others got their phones or packages ASAP.) The employees were very nice and Customer focused and the person waiting on me brought my box 20 minutes later. I guess it was buried in back and hard to find. The process is easy for the consumer. One guy didn't have door tag and his picture work id, and the tracking info written on paper but he got his phone. It was easy to take 64 to and fro Fed Ex facility. Yes, there is bus stop going each direction. So, good to know if I have to pick up another package that the FedEx driver didn't want to bother to call me to buzz them in. read more
