The day of delivery was delayed cuz no one was home. Second day, I believe driver might have stolen the iPhone that should be in the package. Then didn't deliver again rest of the week and said to be pick up. Went to pick up and the box was empty after I brought it home to open. I should've open at the FedEx center. You can not speak to a human at FeEx. The AI will not let you. They were supposed to deliver my package yesterday but it was not put on the truck. Message received that it is supposed to be delivered today but it does not look like according to tracking that it has moved. I will believe it when I see it! After I called them over 10 times to attempt a redelivery, they said that they don't have a driver who could service the area but I am more than welcome to pick up my package at the hub! I would give negative reviews if I could. Driver left my Chewy order on the side of the road, near the mail box. 150lbs of dog food, cat food, cat litter, etc sitting in a snow bank 180 ft from my front door. I have a very long driveway and I am disabled so now I have to find someone to help me when it's their job to deliver it. Not to mention the driver wrote on his delivery confirmation, left at front door. Usually I have to open boxes and bring in items 1 at a time because I can't ever lift the boxes. I can't even lift them into my truck to get them to my door. Not the first time a driver has been so lazy, I've had electronics left on the side of the road. Getting through to FedEx to say anything is a 2hr chore and then they don't do anything anyway!! Such a disgrace and lack of professionalism. read more

We had medication sent overnight from Boston, the medication went out on 12/22/2020 for overnight delivery which I was notified would be received by noon on 12/23/20. The medication went from Boston to Newark to Syracuse to Binghamton, where it is still sitting Sunday 12/27/20. The medication is keeping me alive. Horrible Customer Service. Waited around all day for a 47 inch Television to arrive, received a phone call from Fedex said they tried to deliver when I said there's no tag on the door and we were home they then said the driver couldn't find the Television on the truck. driver comes the next day and says he couldn't deliver because the road was closed. Third lie on two days from Fedex. Maybe if you paid drivers more then $14 an hour you'd get drivers that would give a shit about customer service. read more

I would give no stars if it was feasible. The delivery was scheduled for Monday, but there was no attempt made and no communication via email or otherwise for rescheduling. They then attempted delivery on Tuesday while I was at work and a signature was required. I called and their customer service was very rude and useless. I was redirected to their online services, which also didn't work. On Wednesday a third delivery attempt was made while I was at work. I again called to see if I could speak directly to the Oriskany shipping center, but they don't have a public number. I now have to wait until it is available for pickup after 6:30 pm and the center closes (I'm sure promptly) at 7:00 pm. FedEx is terrible. What's the point of paying for delivery if they can't schedule a specific or at least approximate time?! Are you expected to take off from work to wait all damn day, possibly for several consecutive days, for them?!?! Garbage service. read more
