first attempt to deliver i was home and no one came to my door. second attempt i waited next to my window overlooking my road and still no attempts to come to my door. called twice once to make sure the address is correct the second time to complain and they said i can go to the station and pick it up myself. mind you thats two towns over with tolls. 45 mins there 45 mins back on a good day. i call back to see when the driver would be back at the station for me to pick it up...oh you have to put in a request 24 hours in advance to pick up...wtf? i would have gladly took this package off the truck if they were going to be this lazy and terrible of a company. If I had a choice in delivery companies FedEx wouldnt be on the list. I rather pick up my packages from a factory I ordered from then deal with FedEx. My package has been "out for delivery" for 11 days now. The company will not refund my money until I return the product. I called FedEx and got nowhere with them. They said it would arrive the next day or I would get a call updating me of it's status. Needless to say neither happened. This is the second time this has happened. Since there are several streets with the same name but different endings such as Circle, Court, Lane in my subdivision the drivers can't seem to read the whole address and constantly deliver my packages to the wrong address. Yesterday I was waiting for a phone to be delivered saw the truck out in our street so went to get my package and no package. Check the tracking and says the package was refused. Apparently they took it to the wrong address and now my overnight delivery is being returned to the sender. The stupidity of these drivers is ridiculous and the laziest to even try to deliver to the right address is disgusting. This is a constant problem that happens over and over again. I cringe every time I see that my item has to be shipped by FedEx, they make the postal service even look good. read more

This delivery location is an absolute joke. Door tags were placed on my door twice when I was home and the driver didn't even attempt to knock on my door to check if I was there. Furthermore, when I called customer service about this I was told 3 delivery attempts were made when only 2 had been attempted. Avoid FedEx in this area. read more

Horrible service from FedEx period. The package being sent to me was supposed to be overnighted Monday. It didn't get picked up until Wednesday. I'm getting updates saying I should get it delivered by today at 10:30, so I call in late to work so I can wait (because a signature is required). It's now 12, I have yet to see my delivery. When I call the 1-800 number for Fed Ex, I'm told that there's a "delay" because of weather. Sorry dude, but it's not raining OR snowing. There's no bad weather in the area when the package "left" the ship center at 9:48 this morning. TRY AGAIN! There's also no one locally I can speak with about my delivery. I'm overly frustrated with no real answers as to WHEN my package will be here. I won't be using fed ex anytime soon. read more

There is not a drop box at this location. Also bad customer service, I asked for help and the lady had me hand write a form, only to have to wait and have her type it into the system, all I needed was to change something so I could have just said it to her without having to waste a form, piece of paper and my time. She said they got rid of drop boxes because they kept getting vandalized but why not have a box inside then instead of having to wait on her? Like the post office has. The building was also hot. I wouldn't return here if I had a choice but this is who my company uses for shipping. read more

Large package was left leaned against the garage door without ringing the door bell to alert us it was there. Luckily, we did not open the garage door from the inside otherwise it could have fallen and hit our car or fallen and we would have backed over it. It was a 70 lb bed frame and could have been damaged or caused damage. Our car was in the driveway and we were home, but no one even tried to let us know it was left against the garage door and it was just by chance that we went out our front door rather than opening the garage door. read more

I just got to experience customer service from a major corporation that I thought no longer existed in this day and age. I had missed a delivery attempt of an extremely important package. Granted another attempt could have been made or I could have gone to pick it up. Unfortunately, I am headed out to sea for a bit. However, after a phone call and an explanation of my situation, they were going to request a same day re-delivery. They explained that it wasn't a guarantee but they were going to try. 2 hours later... Ding dong!!! They re-delivered! Now I can go out to sea with no worries or stress of my package's fate! 3 days late on delivery. Auto tracker says in Hampton, phone robot says on the way. No way to talk to a human, no local listed number. I am glad Lynda had luck, because I did not. This is absolutely the worse company I have ever worked with. I'd give them zero stars if the system would accept that. They don't deserve one star. DO NOT, under any circumstances, PAY FOR PRIORITY delivery. They will take your money and then not deliver, using covid19 as an excuse. I spent an hour and a half on the phone, trying to get them to call the station manager so I could pick up my package. The package went on the truck at 10am (the station is 20 minutes from my house). At 6:30pm, the driver had the audacity to say no one was available to take delivery, which was a bald faced lie. There are 5 people in this house, who never left today, waiting for this package. We took turns sitting in the bay window, watching for the truck. The truck never came on our street, much less to our house. I had paid for Priority and had been promised delivery before noon. Obviously, that never happened and now they can't guarantee I'll get my package tomorrow. DO NOT USE this company. I could have gotten in my car and driven to Florida to pick up the package quicker than FedEx can deliver. Worst of all, they don't care. I can deal with lazy employees, but I can not tolerate liars. They are thieves as well, since they are still selling the "Priority" option, knowing full well they can not deliver on time. Dishonesty is unforgivable. read more

Besides having multiple packages delivered by them, the first was college text book over a week late from Amazon. This time I have to wait until Tuesday of next week, so an extra 5 days!! I had made a request to have them bring my packages inside instead of leaving it outside my apartment door in the rain! I was also 28 weeks pregnant and single so who the hell was going to carry this 100 pound mattress up the stairs? Well apparently me, and I had called them multiple times asking them nicely to help me out and each time they said they would, but lied and did not follow through. Now this time they damaged a dresser and Lord knows when the hell that will get here. They are completely incompetent of doing their job at least at this location. FedEx accidentally shipped to the wrong address or something but I didn't receive my package when they said it was delivered to the front door. I received it in my mail box on a Sunday by the person who received it from FedEx. If it wasn't for them they would have lost my package. As I type this, I have another package that I ordered at the same time on the truck for delivery for today. No truck. Here we go again. Driver forgot my HelloFresh box, marked that I was not available for delivery, as if it was my fault it wasn't delivered. After speaking with the center they were unable to return to the center, pick it up and deliver. Since it closes at 1:00 on Saturdays, pick up was not an option. Package was to be delivered on Saturday, expected to arrive Monday. The entire contents will be spoiled, $100 worth of food wasted. read more

Horrible service. Did not deliver package. Said they did not recognize address though they deliver here almost every day. Had to call in a complaint a couple days after a missed package deliver because they did not notify us of the problem. Filed a case problem. They said they would call back within two hours but didn't. Had to call again. They said they had called (no record of it on my cell phone) and said they had said were going to deliver it by 5PM (pretty interesting since they never spoke to me or left a message or even called). I asked for a call from their branch office but it has not come. This is the third major problem I have had with this FedEx office in the past year and I am frustrated (guess is shows...) read more

The short blond woman better counter was vary rude and extremely unhelpful I asked a simple question of what size box would this item fit and was given the old shoulder shrug. Thought this was a simple question as she works there and looks at boxes all day. They are a bunch of penny pinchers there would even give me a bit of tape for the box she didn't help me find. read more

I had requested a package from Verizon Wireless to be shipped to me on 12/3. The package said delivery was supposed to be completed by 1500. The package at 1602 said there was a Delivery Exception but the customer was not available or the business is closed. Verizon said I didn't need to be home and I live in an apartment complex with a Leasing office that accepts packages. This was not indicated on the slip but it was not indicated last week when they did just that and brought it to the leasing office. I called the customer service line and spoke to Andrea who provided no help what so ever and wound up transferring me to the local office. Wound up speaking to a male manager at the local office who stated he was going to call the driver and call me right back at 1645. It is now 1736 and no phone call has been received. I called back at 1709 and spoke with Yvette at the local office who stated that the manager was out making deliveries. After that Yvette remained on the line but ignored anything I was saying. Poor customer service all around - still haven't received my package and Fed Ex is intentionally messing with my job at this time. read more
