Fedex has been lying to me every day since January 6th, it is now the 22nd. Everyday they email me that my package is out for delivery, then every evening they email me that it is delayed. I've called customer service twice and they just tell me it is on the van for delivery that day, and assure me it will come but it doesn't. They are now up to 3 packages they load on the truck every day and then don't deliver to me. I can't talk to a person at the Grand Island hub and can't find their number. I have no idea how to actually get my packages. read more

THE WORST delivery experience with this hub. On three separate occasions our delivery driver just decided to pack it up for the day (especially Fridays) and just not deliver our packages. All were time sensitive but one in particular is my daughter's seizure medication!! Tracking number says that delivery wasn't even attempted. Wish there was a number for the facility but of course, it's an internal number so we have to call the 800 number and hope that they can track this down. Needless to say, we are livid with this facility. Absolutely awful and we will NEVER use FedEx again if we have the choice. read more

My driver keeps putting my packages at my detached garage. I tried to call to get this fixed and you can't get ahold of a real person. It made me give a tracking number so I used the numbers of packages that have been delivered to my garage and it said I couldn't complain because they've been delivered. I have a front porch. Why on earth would a driver deliver to my DETACHED garage???? I've lived here for four years so one can only assume I have a new driver. Who also today left my package at my neighbors and hers at....you guessed it...my garage. Good thing I had to go get groceries today....otherwise it would have been stolen by the time I saw it. read more

Very poor service, had a package that I presigned for and instead of just dropping it off they just left me a note and left my house.

I can't even put in to words my frustrations with FedEx right no. Both the company in general and this particular branch. I got a delivery confirmation e-mail on Tuesday saying my package was delivered. Came home that night and there was no package. I called them and they said they would get a hold of the tracking department and get back to me the next morning. I hadn't heard anything from them by noon so I called them back, they didn't even have record of my first call so they told me the same thing and that they'd get back to me in less than 2 hours. Two hours later, still nothing so I call them back again. Same thing! No record of any calls made to them. So I talked to the manager in Grand Island (I'm assuming) and he told me that the package probably blew away but that his driver insists that he delivered it to my house. (It's a freaking text book...it's not going to blow away!) But non the less the driver would check tomorrow to see if he mis-delivered it. I came home tonight and walked a mile radius of my house, no package anywhere. (Side note: I'm on crutches because I'm having knee surgery next month so this sucked!) They better find my package tomorrow. Worst experience ever! read more
