When they finally contacted me that the phone was fixed they gave me a replacement phone that malfunctioned and glitched all the time. I called to tell them they had given me a bad phone and the manager there was extremely rude and pompous. He even had the never to yell at us so "relax it'll be ready when it's ready" Finally after another month I got an actual functioning phone, but they have already lost my business. I waited 6+ weeks for the screens to come in. This branch seems to prioritize items at snails pace. I also found this branch to be quite unprofessional. If you cannot reach anyone via phone the mailbox is full and no messages can be left. I had to be very proactive and drop by once a week to check on the status; only to be told the parts were backlogged for another week.
