Movers were on time, but truck was too small to fit all my belongings. Very upsetting considering the lengthy process of covering the contents of my apartment. This caused me to have to ask 2 other people to bring their vehicles to help as almost my entire storage unit and items in my garage were left. All the loading and unloading of the content, gas, and time it took all of us to travel back and forth 2 hours each way to do it. Additionally, the movers caused damage to my walls in the stairway which I will have to pay for out of my apartment security deposit. The back-and-forth with the rep about an appropriate reduction in costs was also stressful and time consuming. His insistent reluctancy to take a minimal amount off the bill was ridiculous. He seemed to completely disregard the issue and want me to realize they wouldn't make any money if he gave me too much of a discount. That's what happens when your company completely drops the ball!

They came to our house 1 day before the move to check the inventory of items to move and were supposed to pack up our kitchen. On the day of the move, they showed up without packing supplies and later went to get the boxes. They brought only 4 boxes which clearly were not enough. After the 4 boxes were full, they used our own packing bags. The packing of the kitchen stuff was poor and they basically just dumped everything in the bags randomly and still left items behind that we eventually had to carry in our car. They took almost 7 hours to load the truck and this was just a 3 bedroom house and they had to pack only the kitchen. Everything else was packed already. They did not bring the plastic mattress covers and ended up wrapping the mattresses in a cheap plastic which did not cover the mattresses completely and ended up soaking and staining the new mattress. Further, the sofa was not wrapped completely and ended up getting soaked and stained too. Lastly, the furniture items were scratched at multiple places. They were way off the timeline that they originally estimated for our move. I would recommend them only if your move is small (1 bedroom or so). They are clearly not experienced and skilled enough to handle moves larger than that.

My husband and I moved from…read moreWisconsin to Texas last week (June 18th, 2017) and they kept delaying our pick-up time which by the end of it was 2 & 1/2 days late. We were fed up by the 3rd day, and decided to cancel with them and get a U-Haul truck and load it ourselves. (We should have done this the first time they told us they would be delayed.) After finding bad reviews that were hidden beneath all the "good" ones, we just did not trust them to ever come, and we did not trust them with our belongings anymore. They have "5-star reviews" on their website and on here. But I dont trust those are real reviews from real customers. Listen to all the 1-star reviews!!! Those are the accurate ones. I would give this company zero stars if that was an option. Dont trust them with your stuff! We're trying to get our deposit back since our cancellation was their fault. So far, they are hanging up on us and acting very rude on the phone. Just awful customer service from a "family company" as Michael the salesman had told me. I will be posting this on all platforms so all the people who look them up will know!

I was given several excuses (delay at prior destination, flat tire, LOST!!!), and when they finally showed up, the truck that arrived was 3/4 full with another customer's belongings. Took several pictures of this, as well as of all of my items prior to being loaded into this disaster waiting to happen. I was told that my things would be stored in a facility in Palm Beach, FL, so that scheduling delivery would be quick. Another "alternate fact." When I called to schedule the delivery 2 weeks after the pickup, I was told that my stuff was put into storage in NJ (so they say...), which meant that my delivery would be delayed by a week sue to a storm. How convenient. When my things finally arrived, several items were missing. More were damaged. The two boxes that I marked as "Fragile" were completely destroyed, almost as is they went out of their way to do extra damage to them. Wooden chairs broken, furniture scratched... None of the boxes were moved past the front door to my new home, even though their contract states that the 1st set of stairs are included, leaving it up to me to do the heavy lifting. Upon placing a claim, I get an email stating that they need 30 days to process it. I waited the 30 days, and after no response, sent another email. Again, silence. Finally, after 2 calls, I get someone on the line who "transfers" me to customer service, and got hung up on. Finally got through to a person, who said that the claims department would send me an email about the status of my claim. What I received was a form email referring me to an outside claim service website to "start my claim." WTF??? What have they been doing for the last 45 days? Now starting the claim process over, still missing my stuff, no acceptance of responsibility on behalf of this company whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra grand for a real moving company, or save the extra grand and do it yourself. Either way, you'll be better off.
