Agree w all the other 1-2 star reviews. If you want to do more work chasing your package(s) than the driver use FedEx

The fed ex driver never seems to be able to find the correct house to make a delivery. He once delivered a package about 5 miles away from where it was supposed to go and once again today tried to deliver to the wrong address. Apparently they are too incompetent to deliver a package correctly, as well as too incompetent to just hold the damn thing at their office so I can just get it my self. read more

We've been trying to get a package delivered to our home for days. They only deliver when you're not home during regular working hours. You can't make any changes to availability on the website because it does not allow you to make a change. There's no place in Bismarck to hold the package for us to pick it up. And the five phone calls I made talking to Operator saying they put a note into the driver to deliver at a certain time because the package needs signature is been completely ignored. We even had a company that was sent the order leave a note for FedEx and they still did not follow their directions. So frustrating. At this point, we don't even know if we're ever going to get our package. read more

FedEx is the worst delivery company there is. 4th time this yr our package delivered to someone else. The driver tells me it's not her problem. Call the office and file a complaint. So do and nothing changes. Complete shit company. Use someone else to send packages. read more

Dropped off a package it needed a label taped on. The guy behind the counter said he can't give me any tape. You have to buy it. For what they charge they should have customer service. What a joke. read more

Terrible customer service, the employee at the front desk was no help, all I was trying to do was send 2 packages and wanted the packages to come from my office address, not my personal home address, the guy said he couldn't if I didn't have something that had my company address on it, even though I shipped 2 times the previous week and I didn't need my company information for those. Did the rules change? Its sad that you are making the USPS look good! read more

Worst delivery company on earth, delivery person likes to deliver my packages to whatever house he wants to, lucky I live in a small town. FedEx person delivered my package to a place of business that was closed for the day, and I got a notification saying it was delivered to my front door, which I was home all day waiting for the package. read more

Amazon prime doesn't work in Bismarck thanks to FedEx. FedEx refuses to leave packages at the door in my very nice apartment complex even though UPS and USPS does at your request. The hours at the FedEx pick up location is a joke; Closing at 615pm is like not being open at all - and god forbid if the drivers drag their feet and arrives back at the center late. The available after 545PM on your doortag is a blatant lie. I hate FedEx- the change our plans not yours is blatant false advertising. read more

FedEx ground in Bismarck apparently does not have great GPS. They delivered two packages on 1/3/2019 to our neighbor down the road from us. Unfortunately the neighbor was gone for the week and did not know packages were in his driveway. One was worth $500 dollars and was needed within a time frame. When I called the main company out of Georgetown ON, I explained that when my husband went to speak to someone in one of the offices in Bismarck and he had spoken to the driver who had delivered the package, the driver said he could not remember where he delivered too. Do they not use a handheld tracking device to show where the packages were dropped off at? By 1/8/2019, I called the main company again and stated the package still has not shown up and no one has called to let us know if it was located even though I was given a claim number. I don't feel this shipping company cares about it's customers. Oh, by the way, it was a caring UPS driver from Bismarck that found our packages when he delivered a package to our out of town neighbor. Kudos to the UPS and thank you for your service! read more

Don't ring your doorbells. At home and get a notification that no one was available to accept package. If you have to use these people DO NOT PAY For speedy delivery you will just waste your money. Customer support didn't care when I called read more

I have been waiting on a very important package. I watched the tracking closely to see when it would arrive. I was very surprised when it was at the FedEx facility 2 days prior to expected delivery. This package was via express. The tracking said it was being held at the facility due to it was not scheduled for delivery yet. So I went down to the facility to try and pick it up. Gail came out of a side door and asked me why I wasn't wearing a mask. I told Gail I was vaccinated, even though I knew it was not legal for her to ask me why. She then told me I had to wear a mask regardless. I told her I did not have one and she then handed me one with hands that were not gloved. Meaning whatever was on her hands was now on my face. But this isn't wear the poor customer service ends. She then comes out to the counter and then asks me what am I here for. I explain and she says that I cannot have my package until the delivery day. Made up a reason that packages are in a locked container that would not open till the day they were due for delivery. I knew this was untrue due to past experiences. However, I knew arguing with her would have gotten me nowhere. She was just very demanding and rude towards me. My fedex express driver is amazing. But this Gail woman at the fedex facility is just horrible. She needs to be taught what customer service is and how to provide it. As well as what she legally can and cannot do. I highly recommend just turning around and waking back out the door if you have to encounter this employee. read more

In store experience: fairly unapologetically unfriendly and unhelpful customer service on multiple instances. As far as delivery timeliness and quality, I'm usually satisfied. read more

I shipped out of Dickinson ND to Williston ND, just about 1.5hrs away. I tracked it to see why it would take 5 days. It went to St.Paul MN, back into ND and traveled all the way across the state to Billings MT. Then back to ND and up north to Williston. UPS is a one day delivery. read more

If there would me minus numbers they would get -100%. I live in the country and have a nice Y shaped drive way and Fedex drive will not stay off my lawn. I know their vehicles have reverse they just wheel up to the house and the drive out in a circle across my lawn summer and winter they were here on Monday so I laid out fence posts across his tracks since I knew they would be back this week and sure enough tonight there were the tracks further out in the lawn around the posts almost hit one of my buildings to miss the fence posts next time the come they better have spare tires cause there will be a nail strip waiting for them!!!!!! read more

I have ordered multiple things from Amazon Prime. This should take two days to deliver and that's the point of PAYING for Prime. So your package will .. you know .. SHOW UP. However, FedEX drivers for some reason refuse to leave your package at the door. So, I thought maybe I'd try something else. I wrote a note requesting the package to be left AT MY DOOR and signed it / dated it / printed name / left phone number for confirmation and my package was still taken back to the facilities. So I had to drive 20 minutes to go pick it up. How is that of any kind of convenience at all? It's ridiculous. Don't use FedEx if you live in Bismarck, ND. It's useless. read more

FedEx is the worst. I was not available when they delivered my package so they put a door tag on my door stating that I needed to sign and put on my door and they would stop the next day and deliver my package. I did as it said but no FedEx driver came by the next day or the next or the next. You know where I'm going, there was no FedEx pickup. The package is a phone for my granddaughter but she put it on my name being I'm the one who would be paying for it. My granddaughter drove to the location with the door tag but They would not give it to her because my name is on the door tag and she needed an ID. I have a broken leg and can't walk on it and we live in Bismarck, N D and we have a lot of snow so I don't feel safe going outside. I called the 800 number as there isn't a number to be found for our local FedEx. The person on the other end could not speak good English so it was very difficult understanding him. His solution was to have them deliver it on Monday but according to the door tag they are going to send it back to Verizon on Monday. I am so disgusted with FedEx that I am going to get in touch with Verizon and let them know what happened and encourage them to use a different shipping method. We have never had a problem with UPS and I'm willing to pay the postage to send it US Mail. When I send a package I will never ever use FedEx. I will be letting all of my friends know about this also. read more

I have had NUMEROUS packages delivered by FedEx and UPS. EVERY time FedEx is the chosen currier, I receive an email stating "incorrect address". I have to call and give a description of the house EVERY time. Very frustrating! I have never had any issues using UPS. They 'find' my house EVERY time with no issues? So why can't FedEx??? I highly suggest using another currier other than FedEx! read more

I dont know what is wrong with the drivers at fedex in bismarck, ND . I order many things through amazon.com.. as long as they ship it via USPS or UPS, the package is left at my front door or mailbox. However, FEDEX refuses to leave anything but a door tag telling me to drive across town and 'pickup' a package. Right now my car is broken down and it is not at my leisure to drive 15 miles to pickup something that could be left at my building. I've tried talking to Amazon.com, I've tried talking to Fedex ... the only answer I get is that its at the 'drivers discretion'. Today will be the third item in two weeks that they have caused to be returned as 'undeliverable'. UPS has a key to the building and leaves packages at my front door. I dont know what is wrong with Fedex in Bismarck. My advice is to use anything but them for home delivery unless you can wait around for the delivery. read more
