I live in Washington State. I ordered a package from a company in Mira Loma, CA. It was shipped out on 6/10. I was expecting maybe 5-7 business days to get here. Checked status on 6/15 and it was on it's way to LEWISBERRY, PA!! WHY?!?!?! They are literally adding 5,496 miles to a trip of 1160 miles, needlessly transporting my package from the west coast all the way to the East coast and back again.. What a waste. read more

I ordered items on July 7 from Target. The delivery was supposed to be July 10. July 10 came and went, no delivery. Checked on the morning of July 11 and it said delayed, but meanwhile, they marked it delivered according to my Target account. I put a ticket in for missing package. There is no recourse when your packages get lost/delayed in the system. FedEx Ground has had my shipment for 15 days with no scheduled delivery. And yet, when I am able to talk to a representative, they cannot explain why this is happening or when I can get my packages. And also, they are not anywhere where I am able to go pick them up myself! I would recommend UPS ground over FedEx any day. read more

Terrible! Went to drop off a large box during normal business hours and there is a tiny handprinted sign on the door that says closed until further notice. Went into the door beside the pickup and drop-off and asked security. She says I don't know "they've been closed for a few days now" "you could try York, I think they are accepting packages". Was supposed to receive a package last Thursday . Status change to monday witch is today . Fedex came still didnt receive my package also the package needs a signature to receive. So i took off today basically for nothing bc still didnt show up. I expect free shipping and package to be dropped of with out a signature. i have had a package which is in limbo. Called Fedex support, nothing. they have no clue where the package is. i can tell you where it is. it is stolen. This was a 2 day delivery it is now past that date. it is stuck in Lewisberry, and no one knows where it is. I called Fedex, they gave me a reference number. Did nothing, called ebay, they can't do anything, Wrote to the sender, nothing. SO, thanks to FEDEX horrible service. I am out of $$ and no product. read more

wish I could give this FedEx a negative review Wednesday night they left two heavy boxes in front of my door and it could not be opened by me. the boxes was approximately 40 plus pounds called customer service and they told me they spoke with the manager of this location and was not sending the driver back to move the packages I called several times during the night and customer service gave me a phony phone number I called thursday morning and the manager told me they could not send someone out until they had a driver over... the same driver was delivering more packages late that day and that is when they finally moved the packages I am a handicap person with no access to leave nor my caregiver could come in to take care of me.... I told the manager I could not get up to go to the bathroom, get something to eat nor take my meds they did not even seem to care I surely hope this does not happen to them, their parents or anyone else... it is the worse feeling in the world knowing you are trapped in a house with no help from the outside world... My package has been in fairview township, pa since 2:49 am est. That is 1 hr and 29 minutes from my house and it is now 4:30 pm est still have not received it. read more

FedEx - When it absolutely, positively has to be delivered to the wrong address. I have had several experiences now with FedEx delivering packages to the wrong address. I received an expensive custom made American Doll that was supposed to go to an address over by the Harley Davidson dealer. I live 4 miles away. I kindly took the package to the correct address. Recently, I had a package I was expecting delivered to the wrong door. The picture in the confirmation email was not of my house. There is no phone number to talk to a live person about your missing shipment. You can open a case online, but all they do is wait for three days to see if the package shows up, and then close the case with "Our records show that your package was delivered at such and such time". Never mind that the house pictured in their delivery email is not yours. In the Littlestown/Gettysburg Facebook pages, I am seeing many people with similar experiences to mine. i have shared my results with them. You cannot tell me that FedEx does not have GPS tracking of their delivery vehicles. It would be a simple matter to look at the driver's GPS log for the day to see where the package actually went. Conclusion. They don't give a rat's behind about your missing package. read more

I have been stuck waiting for a FedEx delivery that I was told would be here by 1:30pm. I scheduled my day around that delivery since it has to be signed for. Two other packages from the SAME truck made it here on time. No clue why the driver neglected to leave the 3rd package. This is after a supposed delivery attempt on Thursday. I guess I was suppose to just know when someone was here to make the delivery and get a signature without the driver knocking on the door. If I had any choice I would NEVER deal with FedEx. This is just the latest from deliveries left at the wrong address, not made at all or delayed. Customer service was a total waste of time, like they can do anything from India. read more

Its a great experience for me.at the meetings they give us all the knowledge we need to know about what's coming what to expect each day to perform our duties safely. I cringe whenever I see that a package is coming to me via FEDEX. Every time you call there is an excuse, usually that they're using a new contractor for deliveries and they'll talk to the driver's manager. But nothing changes. There are explicit instructions to deliver packages to our front porch, which is 300 feet up our driveway. Lately, I get a text stating that a package is out for delivery, then it's delayed, next day same thing then doesn't arrive at all. They have left packages part way up our driveway in a snow bank, in the mailbox multiple times (ILLEGAL!), at the street (item was stolen!), inside netting around a plant which was difficult to get out, wrong address, behind the mailbox. Well, you get the picture. This has been going on for years. New management is seriously needed! read more

This facility really needs to be shut down. I have NEVER had a package that goes through Lewisberry, PA FedEx facility be delivered on time or even close to on time. All it does is loop the same thing over and over. They should just shut it down and save every customer the hassle of dealing with them. read more

This facility is the worst. I cringe every time a package is shipped to me via FedEx, because I know that it will eventually get to Lewisberry. Every single time a shipment makes it to Lewisberry, it sits for DAYS. I live literally 5 minutes from this facility, I can walk there explore the entire facility, find my package, and walk back home long before they would deliver it themselves. My most recent shipment consisted of 2 packages. Coming all the way across the country, both packages were scanned within 5 minutes of each other... Even when arriving at Lewisberry. Once at Lewisberry, the packages get separated, one gets delivered and the other just sits on the floor for 36 hours and counting. Eventually FedEx tracking removes the estimated delivery information and just says "Pending" and "On The Way" as if it's actually going anywhere. I would not be writing this review if this was the first time this sort of thing happens. The problem is that is seems to happen at least 80% of the time. This facility needs to do better. I am telling everyone I know to not use FedEx when shipping to me because of this facility. FedEx is losing money because of this facility. read more

FedEx Ground Michael Semmel started delivering FedEx Ground in my area in Feb/March 2023. Mike is a very personal delivery driver & gets to know his customers while doing deliveries. Mike also calls the customers by name. I was off work for surgery from Feb to May. During this time Mike would put my deliveries right inside the front door for me. Once the weather started getting nice, if Mike saw me sitting outside would stop & check on me. Through our conversation Mike knew I was recently widowed & had no family in the area to help me. If Mike sees I'm home he will still check in to make sure I'm ok & see if I need help with anything around the house. I have been working in the banking industry for 25+ yrs, we were always told get to know your customers. Mike has the same philosophy. But rather than make that trip, you took the package to Middletown, 14 miles away, and passing within 1 mile of our house Now you need to return 11 miles to deliver the package adding a total of 25 miles and 24 hours and that's assuming you succeed in delivering the package today read more

I am awaiting a package from FedEx that stopped in Lewisberry and has not moved since 7/27/24, it is not 8/15/24 and I'm being informed that an investigation must be conducted. We literally had a sign made and put up along our lane notifying delivery drivers to place all deliveries on the covered front porch. Everyone does this except FedEx. Today they placed the box on the gravel driveway in the snow and up against the log house. The package rubbed stain off the siding (which we just paid a fortune to have redone not that long ago) and made a mark on the wood. Not the first issue we've had. The reason we had the sign made was because they delivered a new laptop years ago and left it out on the driveway... right before a storm....25 feet from the covered porch. How inept do you have to be to fail at putting a box in the correct place? This is why UPS is so much better. Drivers are courteous, kind, and can follow directions. read more

Delivery people are awful. I bought numerous expensive items and have had issues with this company. Delivery people threw numerous packages. Latest package the delivery driver "attempted" to drop the package off and just drove by and never stopped. I call customer service and they tell me they attempted to deliver it but that the fulfillment day is not until the next business day and there's no option to pick it up myself. If I could give it no stars I would gladly do so, FedEx is awful. read more
