I attended orientation here on February 10, and the entire experience felt less like a job opportunity and more like stepping into a corporate oligarchy. From the moment I arrived, the environment was rigid, controlling, and completely dehumanizing. The phone policy alone was enough to show what kind of system this is -- supervisors grabbing people's personal devices with no respect or professionalism. It felt invasive and unnecessary, especially when adults are treated like children who can't be trusted with their own property. The security process was just as bad. Long lines, metal detectors, and a slow bottleneck that punishes workers for delays the company itself creates. Even if you show up on time, you can still end up "late" because of their own system, and they make it clear that the blame falls on you, not their poor setup. The entire atmosphere reminded me of an institution, not a workplace. No warmth, no respect, no sense of humanity -- just rules, surveillance, and a constant feeling of being controlled. I left before even clocking in because I refuse to be part of a place that treats people like replaceable bodies instead of human beings. I made three request for my packages to be held at a FedEx facility for pick up. They did not leave it there and attempted to deliver it to my house twice took me 30 minutes to get on the phone and she promised me that my delivery would be sent to the FedEx pick up location, but it would be taken care of and I should be able to pick it up there today. I get a notification that my delivery has been delivered and left at the front door. That is not my front door. That is the sidewalk in front of the business underneath my apartment. My door is not there. My door is in the back with all of the other apartment, I have lived at this location for two years and not a single delivery sent through. FedEx has been delivered successfully to my house 9 times out of 10 they refused to deliver it and I have to pick it up at a location 20 miles from my home. the one time I request to pick it up they dumped it on the sidewalk. read more

I have complained for several years. The driver does not deliver to the door, they leave them on the street. The reason from him, "they don't pay me enough to deliver to the door." I have complained and no one seems to care. Always a promise from their corporate office that they will get back to me, no one does. I am now on a quest by getting to the companies who use them. Do NOT, use these people unless its for overnight, who will deliver to the door. They, too, are aware its a problem and have told me its like a different company. ZERO STARS!!!! Taylor was my driver for 2 days and NEVER delivered my package. I had to miss 2 days of work to be home to sign for my delivery. On day 1 I watched on the map and refreshed about every 60 seconds. Which is neurotic I know (I don't live in a good neighborhood and packages get stolen daily. This was an expensive package and wanted to make sure I was there). On my last refresh it says that I missed my delivery!! I was standing right at the front door! For at least 20 mins. No one came to the door no slips were left. After a call to customer service and refusal to let me speak to a manger I eventually got to the resolution team who said that they would try to redeliver same day and if not then DEFINITELY the next day same time window. Next day call off of work AGAIN and see an email saying my delivery window was btwn 10-2 (not the same time window, but fine) I was just going to sit in my car for the time and that way I would catch him as he got out. I log in to see the map to see how long and it said I missed my delivery at 9 am and shocker, no slip!! And now the center is closed till Monday. I would give this location 0 stars if possible. They often can't find my address even though there are extensive notes on my account and every other fedex location can find my address. this one always is a problem and it never resolves. I beg other vendors not to use fedex and always use other options if given. I hate this location as they often deliver to the wrong address or give up and send it back to the vendor and I have to have it re sent. All other Fedex Locations in the area manage to deliver to my address but not this one. read more

I've been waiting for 3 days for a delivery that feels like it's never coming. I specifically ordered this item because of the fast delivery time frame. The driver keeps saying that they have attempted to make the delivery but it's not true. The first day I watched the truck park and drive off after 5 minutes of sitting in front of my house. The second "attempt" no truck ever came past my house. I called customer service and they are clueless or couldn't care less. He asked me if I wanted them to leave the item...ummm yea...this is not an item that I have to sign for so I'm not sure why they wouldn't leave it. Today is the third and final attempt according to the delivery time frame. As of right now it's 20 minutes until the end of the delivery window and still no delivery. read more

If I were to leave a detailed review, it would simply be the same as the others: Packages consistently left at end of driveway waiting to be stolen. Lying that no-one home. Zero responsiveness by customer service. Relying, I guess, on people giving up complaining when it's apparent complaints are useless. Unfortunately we are usually not in control of choice of shipper. Thank God we have the wonderful service of UPS, when we can arrange for them to be used. read more

If you're shipping ground limited quantity, this is your place. No other FedEx locations will take your stuff, as I found out the hard way. Mark or another employee will pick up your stuff on his golf cart once you call them. Have your stuff labelled already, or, like me, you'll end up driving home and coming back. Great service for a pandemic. Would have preferred to just drop it off at the door, but it is what it is. read more

The worse service ever. First they delay delivery for no reason. Then they say unable to deliver because business is closed, when it is clearly open. Then they fail to deliver even the day after. Went myself to pick up the package from Bridgeport. No one there except for a security guard who gave me a phone number to call. Called, but no answer of course. Always seem to have issues with this station falsifying scans. Had a shipment scheduled for an early delivery on July 11th. It failed to meet that as it had not yet arrived at the local station. Delivery was updated at 06:46 AM on July 12th that my package had arrived at the local station and was now scheduled for delivery on that day. I knew that it would not make that delivery as the truck had already left the station (scanned 4:27am) with another package from a different order that did make it to me. This package however was never scanned as out for delivery and I don't believe it ever was. At 2:23pm I got a notice that this delivery had been attempted but they were unable to deliver and would now try on the next business day. At 2:28 PM I got a second notice for a delivery exception for my package but now due to damage. Fully believe this scan was to avoid a negitive mark in their delivery metrics as it has happened in the past. The shipments usually show up completely undamaged but outside of their contracted terms with the shipper. I will update the review if it does. Edit 7/15 - At 9:08 am there was an updated shipment exception of "Barcode label unreadable and replaced" with a new Delay at 9:09 am. At 9:26 am the delivery updated to today by the end of the day. As of 10:34 am delivery is now re-scheduled for tomorrow 7/16. read more

Five different deliveries out of this center over a week, and not one placed at the front door. Left out in the open at the end of our driveway 100' away, near where our trash is picked up. Today I attempted to get the driver's attention, shouting to him to stop, but he just waived and drove away - quickly. We have called the FedEx complaint number; what a joke. They SWORE it would never happen again. That was a half dozen deliveries ago. Maybe this is FedEx's standard now, but UPS still delivers to the door away from public access (theft). The absolute worst delivery service I have ever experienced. I paid $30 extra to have a package here by a certain date and here I am 3 days later being told "a delivery attempt was made" when I was sitting home and no delivery was made. It is because their driver's are lazy and my house is the last on the route. It happens every time I try to order something. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm sure it will arrive damaged as well. read more

They pulled into my driveway on two separate days, never got out of the vehicle, but said we were not home. Its perishable goods, so we called within minutes (We have security cameras) and the excuse was 'they have other packages to deliver and he didn't have time.' I OFFER TO PICK IT UP IN BRDIGEPORT and the best they could say was they will deliver it tomorrow. Who is going to pay for the items going bad? read more
