Despite all the bogus claims of "we're here for you" and all the other crap. You'll get none of it. You'll have to call and call and call and call and call and call and call and apparently their e-mail doesn't work because they won't reapond to that either. I considered sending smoke signals but there was burn ban in effect. I know they would've responded to that with all the smoke they're blowing. Don't waste your time or money!
