I have performed many wedding ceremonies for inmates at this facility. When you show up for…read morevisitation, the staff members are so knowledgeable and friendly. They are both just amazing people. They are very organized with the process. Some facilities treat me like I have done something wrong or that I'm a bother. Ross staff treats me with dignity and respect. When visitors come in wearing something that is not approved, they don't call you out in front of everyone. When it's your turn to check in they ask if you have something else in the car that they can put on. They are very busy and never seem overwhelmed or stressed. No matter if you are the first person checking in or the 15th, they treat you with the same kindness and patients.

So bring at least $35 just for them to eat and you need to get a vending card its $5 which it only takes a five dollar bill and gives u a $3 credit. If you wanna bring keys in only 2 keys allowed and you can bring a see through pouch or bag.

Tea is suspect, can eat thru concrete. Showers have good hot water in the mornings. May take a while to get a pillow and good a mattress. Not a large selection of books to read. Commissary has decent selection of items. Laundry may go out but not come back, don't send everything out at once. Don't go to Medical if you have to. CO's were mostly ok, one or two wannabes.
