I tried to reach out to a few therapists in the area, and Jayn was the fastest to reply. My initial 30 minute consultation call was scheduled quickly and easily. During the call, Jayn assured me she knew that she could help me and that she knew how to help me. My first in person session was scheduled for only a few days later. I didn't know what to expect in therapy, let alone EMDR. I walked out of my first session in awe and a "believer." Jayn is caring and tough (to make sure you stay in the right direction). Jayn is trustworthy, smart, and confident. She will get you to where you need to be, especially when you yourself cannot imagine getting there.
