My father was turning 80 and we needed a banner made quickly for his 80th surprise party. I gave them a few ideas and they made a beautiful banner. The service and professionalism were top notch and I would highly recommend this Fastsigns store.

Jessica's swift work turnaround time is amazing and her attention to detail is impeccable. Always available to help me with any questions or requests I have related to my website, design services, pretty much anything under the sun. I ask her if she can do it and she always responds with a resounding yes. Not to be corny, but she's like my magic genie for all these website and design services related. Talk about a crazy work ethic...during a very important time for me at the beginning of my website launch she was about to have a baby. Not only was she there for me every time I needed her or needed to make an adjustment, she even brought her Ipad with her to the hospital when she delivered!!!! This girl, had just had a baby and was in the hospital room responding to my emails and calls. Insane, sick work ethic and just a dream to work with. All brown nosing aside, the work she produces is top notch. I had a website from another graphic designer that needed serious updating and I was really wanting to integrate a calendar feature where my customers could book their own appointments. This project was done in nearly a week. She took what I already had, some info from me, suggestions from me about how I'd like it to look and produced my new website in no time flat. It's classy, functional and really reflects my personality. The calendar option is great and my life is easier knowing now my site can be viewed by all Apple devices, whereas the previous one wasn't visible to apple products. She fixed everything! Use her! she's very economical too! Low prices and top notch work. I'd recommend her a million times over.

What a fabulous experience I had when making a choice to get my printing done by a local company!…read more I was on my way to FedEx to get large prints made on poster board and saw Empire on the way. Being a lover of all things local I decided to give them a try. FedEx was going to charge me around $80 for the size and printing I was needing, but once I talked to Rod at Empire, he hooked me up with a better price and quick, next day service! (I was in a time crunch) Rod and his team certainly delivered! Not only did they upgrade my prints to gator board (much more durable than the typical foam board), but they called to let me know exactly when my prints would be ready and smiled the whole way through the process. I'm so glad I stopped in and went local on this one! Great service and a beautiful printing job!

It did not take long for them to understand exactly what I was looking for on a particular project and I know that whatever it is I come to them with, not only will the job be done correctly, but also in a prompt manner and for a good price. One thing that makes them standout to me is their level of communication. I receive emails, phone calls, and/or texts to make sure I am kept abreast of any and all issues, which keeps my mind at ease. I have now worked with them on numerous projects (print ad campaigns, web ad campaigns, printing physical marketing material) for multiple companies that I am involved with and everyone has always been completely satisfied. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly it is you are looking for even if it means several revisions and working after hours.
