They'll also cancel your order if you don't respond to this "authorization email" within 3 hours. That's insane to me. Never in my life have I seen a more antiquated, convoluted process in my life. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Please, save yourself the money and put it towards a business with better processes and good customer service because The Lens Depot has neither.

Since I was renting a 6K video camera from another vendor which had to be returned on Tuesday, I only had one day to shoot with the long EF lens. When I contacted LD and explained they'd charged overnight shipping for an item that took four days to arrive and that I only had one day's use of, they said no adjustment could be made for the $133 one week rental, since UPS had charged them $100 shipping on a 1 pound package, which I strongly doubt. I'll never rent from The Lens Despots again.

I recently had the opportunity to attend one of their production sets as an extra for "Batman - The Last Laugh" at Universal Studio's. The complete stunt team and production crew made all of the talent including extras feel right at home. Most production crews are a little reluctant to spend valuable time on extras; however that wasn't the case with Enso. They also film personal demo reels for athletes, bodybuilders, gymnist, dancers, and just about anything that comes to mind.
