I had my talent together in Orlando for a conference so I needed to find a studio to do two days of filming with some photography as well. I'm in another city any only had online reviews, websites, and conversations to guide my decision, and we are collectively so glad we found and chose Fusion Studios!!!! Miguel and Karluca spent the right time with me to understand our goals (which were many) and the style we needed. The studio setup was perfect and their coaching of my talent was spot on. I was a little stressed that I could not join them in person but after Day 1 was complete, I knew my presence would not have changed the quality of the recordings produced. The videos were top notch. And my talent had only great things to say about their experience working with them. The team helped with editing and provided me all of our recordings days after the studio time wrapped up. Cannot deliver what we paid for. All we got are 7 pictures when we paid for "60-minute on-location…read morephoto shoot (a $100 value) with 50 digital images (a $70 value), two 8"x10" prints (a $50 value), and two 5"x7" prints". It is now September and it has been more than a month since we've been trying to get our pictures. We get told one thing but it doesn't happen, phone calls are not returned, emails are not replied to. Trying to get a refund at this point.
