For the first half of my life, I was a super fit athlete who ate a lot of cookie dough. For the second half of my life I worked all of the time but didn't change my eating habits. IT WORKS!!! it is badass I am a believer…read more I am a huge skeptic by nature, I went in saying it's only words, and this is cheesy. I was a hard core smoker!! I was smoking 10 to 15 blk mild's a day plus, vape plus, large cigars, and pipes. That's over 2000 mg of nicotine a day. The strongest cigarette by comparison has about 1 mg of nicotine. I was most afraid of cravings and my thoughts wondering back to my addiction to smoking. Plain and simple WOW. 0 that's zero cravings at all immediately from first session.
