I called back in 2 weeks, no Invisalign ordered and it took over month due to order. Finally received them and a root canal had been done that wasn't working out. Long story short the Invisalign's didn't work and they cut the end to try to make it fit over my teeth. It was cutting into my gums. They said, they would order a new set. I called back Twice no Invisalign. It's been over 3 months and no Invisalign's yet. I gave up. Hopefully your situation was better than mine.

Dr. Schooner performed my post-cleaning exam and was relaxed, quick, and friendly. I also didn't wait very long past my appointment time. The appointment lasted about 1hr 15min or so, which actually isn't bad at all, considering I hadn't had a cleaning in 4 years, and that it was my first time at his practice so X-rays also had to be done. Overall I appreciate how they made an unpleasantness that is a dental appointment as painless as possible. I will definitely be using them for my primary dental care moving forward.

When I arrived at the office for my appointment, they said I wasn't on the calendar. But they had me fill out the new patient paperwork anyway and did not ask me to reschedule. Instead, they took a bunch of X-rays and then let me wait for a total of 3 hours, while periodically telling me that the dentist would come by to give me an exam. About 2.5 hours in, the dentist finally saw me and told me that I needed a bunch of work to address issues that I already knew about (issues that other dentists had indicated did not require all that work). Then I was assured that I would get my teeth cleaned right away, only to wait some more. At the 3 hour mark I finally left without ever having my teeth cleaned, which is the sole reason I scheduled the appointment. The staff was friendly but not nearly as apologetic as I expected them to be given the outrageous wait time, and they had the audacity to be surprised when I (a) didn't want to reschedule and (b) told them I was going to find a different dentist.
