I had a 10am…read moreappointment, when I arrived I told them I was there to see if I'm a fit for dental implants, the young lady advised that after x-rays and dental hygienist review the dentist would let me know if I'm a fit. She pulled up my insurance information, mind you I have my own dentist and was there specifically to discuss Dental implants. The hygienist and X-ray tech were amazing and I was thinking I might move my family family over to this location. NOT!!!! When I spoke to the dentist she did her assessment and advised she couldn't advise if I was a fit but would have to refer me. Totally not what the front desk clerk had told me. I let the dentist know that was not what the front desk clerk told me. Immediately I knew that just wanted my $$$, the dentist told me she would be right back with the referral to another Jefferson Clinic. I proceeded to let her know that I felt misled to go thru all this only to be told they couldn't provide an assessment as to whether I'd be a fit. I ask her " You do understand my frustration right?" She said yes! Well she said give me a few moments and come back with the referral, I never saw her again. After waiting almost 30 minutes I ask someone that was working there to take the dental bib off me and I was leaving. I work for a large Bank in HR, I was livid!!! Well that person led me back to the person that told me the dentist would be able to tell me if I'm a fit for implants. I politely told her thanks for wasting my time and its okay that you charged my insurance for the X-rays etc. Zero customer service!!!! Zero! No apology just a F off look as I walked out the door. You can't make this stuff up. To think I was that close to bringing my whole family over to Jefferson Dental (4 people total) and they lost that business. Jefferson Dental, you were paid on my visit but you lost a whole family and potential referrals due to service and misleading me. This is a direct reflection on the LEADERSHIP at this location, when you make it about money and miss taking care of your clients this will happen. I felt taken advantage of and I would not recommend this location to my friends or family members. Again, the X-ray tech and dental hygienist were great, but the front desk and response or lack there of is why I won't recommend Jefferson Dental Lake June.

Even if you make an appointment every time,…read moreyou will be stuck in the waiting room for over 30 minutes, another 30+ minutes waiting in the back for anyone to even attend you. They had me come in and wait over an hour in the lobby just to tell me to reschedule my appointment for them over booking and not having enough time to attend me. They also try to convince you to pay for so many extra things you don't even need. The care here sucks!!!

Today, I received two text messages asking me to return some sleep device that I have never even heard of. I have no interest in interacting with this office ever again. I know they're going to write a response to this review apologizing and asking for more feedback so that they can improve. I don't care. This, and any other negative reviews I choose to write will be the only feedback you get from me. I have given you plenty of feedback, plenty of indications of how you can treat me so that I feel respected. It's clear that your office's desire for business is greater than your desire to respect me. If you're a trauma survivor, run from this office. I was upfront, asked them for help, told them how they could support me, and their response was telling me they "know how to handle people like me" and then the dentist continued to use a pick on my teeth and gums, all while literally telling me "I'm not doing anything. I don't know why you're upset" Gaslighting. Update: they're still reaching out. This office doesn't know when to stop.

I went there at the direction of my insurance plan, Delta Dental for a chipped tooth. Per the…read morehandbook provided by DD, the contracted cost for repair is $30. After the doctor looked at my teeth, I was presented with an outline of services for over $300 and was told to sign it so they could proceed. I asked for clarification because I was told at Delta it would be much cheaper. She looked at me blankly and said I agreed to the charges when made the appointment. I said no, that's why I have insurance. I pay portion & you bill them. She still said nothing, so I said Let me call, because there is a disconnect.... to which she said "call who ever you want" I did and again Delta said you only pay the contracted amount & asked to talk to the worker. I attempted to give her the phone so thos could be straightened out, but she told me "I don't have to talk to anyone. You need to pay this bill." Needless to say, I left and my insurance provider found me another office ( Brident Dental in Euless, TX on Main st) and they fixed the tooth for the correct price. I would also like to say, when I was in the office and elderly lady came in asking why she was getting bills from their office when her Medicaid should cover everything....I think there is fraud going on here & hope it is investigated.​

After my tooth was removed she didn't push the gauze in right away. She left for like 5 mins to go assist with something else and when she came back my mouth was all bloody due to no gauze. When she saw it bleeding she then vacuumed out all the blood with the sucky thingy and then applied the gauze. Other than that the place was clean and the people were nice. They even had drinks in the waiting area and toys for the kids to play with while waiting and toys for them to take home after their whatever service they got. I highly recommend this place.

In my adult years I got braces and later crowns to make my teeth more presettable. At age 45 I got throat cancer. The treatment required radiation and again my teeth took a beating. After having several other dentists work on my bite and general appearance I found doctor Le. Over several weeks she crowned all of my lower teeth. I already LOVE the appearance but more importantly I can chew my food properly. We will start on my upper teeth next month. Dr Le and her assistant Michelle made an unpleasant process worth all the pain and discomfort. Her front office staff specifically Jocelyn always greeted me with a pleasant good morning. Furthermore I feel like the cost / price was reasonable. A BIG THANK YOU TO DR LE AND ALL OF HER CREW.
