She took great care to make sure I was comfortable and was very patient with my needing frequent breaks, so a special thank you to Amanda! Dr. Schooner performed my post-cleaning exam and was relaxed, quick, and friendly. I also didn't wait very long past my appointment time. The appointment lasted about 1hr 15min or so, which actually isn't bad at all, considering I hadn't had a cleaning in 4 years, and that it was my first time at his practice so X-rays also had to be done. Overall I appreciate how they made an unpleasantness that is a dental appointment as painless as possible. I will definitely be using them for my primary dental care moving forward.

Making an appointment was easy and convenient. The wait time was zero for me because as soon as I…read morewalked in I was lead into a comfortable room. My x rays were easy and stress free. The dentist was very reassuring and informative. The financial consultant explained and broke down costs down well with a kind manner. The hygienist and everyone that assisted lead me through everything and kept me at ease during everything from X-rays to fillings. Nothing felt rushed. Nothing felt uncomfortable. My teeth look and feel great. It almost felt like a spa treatment. I got a regular cleaning with some fillings and a night guard measuring. They offer payment plans like most places. They didn't pressure, push or try to sell me anything I didn't need and I had to hold of on invisilign which they completely understood. I paid $1,300 without insurance. Although it felt like a luxury I was lucky enough to have the money for, I will say it was well worth it for the care I received. I would definitely recommend this place.

I called last week and was told March 5 Monarch processed a refund. I still have nothing. They say call my CC. I did. Nothing. Monarch says they called their regional office. I haven't heard back. I know they're closed on Tuesdays. So let's see.... I will call and ask for the regional office managers number. Maybe him or her can call me or just pay me. This is a big turn off for me ever going back. Once again the staff... great. But who ever is in the accounts payable. Not good. It's a shame I have to chase my money like this.
